Dr. Mian is a extremely good doctor. She is very professional Doctor and I recommend her to everyone. Not only is she good at her profession but she’s got a heart of gold. Very helpful and there for all walks of life.

Dr Mien is a very judgmental and rude person. You're better off going to other clinics instead of wasting your time at this one.

Warning: do not book with this practice unless you want to be ignored, called “ignorant” and have your time wasted. I was made to feel stupid for asking a medical question, all the while she was wasting my time by asking me a load of questions that were completely irrelevant (she asked me how many brothers and sisters I had, 4 times)
The whole experience felt so hostile and impersonal, it was like I was interacting with a malfunctioning robot.

Avoid at all cost! I have never came across a doctor so rude and disrespectful! When I tried to transfer from the N. T to Victoria by trying to do the right thing and contact her through departments to help make a transfer, she was totally rude to my Doctor, and told her to basically "piss off! " and that if I wanted her help I was to go in personally not over the phone? When I finally got down there to her, that's when the nightmare started! I didn't have a choice in being able to see anyone else, and over the year I was yelled at, disregarded, patronised and in asking for her help in me getting a licence in security when they asked her to give her medical opinion, she made me jump hoops in getting records from the NT and then not looking at them, telling me that I was wasting my time because she was convinced that I was denied initially the licence (even though the licencing board who I rang asked me to get her signature and I'll get the licence!) I think she ended up ringing them just out of shear frustration to get rid of me because I kept begging her to call them, and when she did it only took her 5min to make the call, listen to what they said and then quickly signing the licence application! This took over 5months to get my security licence when everyone in my class got them within the month of applying! Used to have such dread when I knew an appointment was coming! Never again!

Dr Mien is rude and doesn't listen to what you say. She repeatedly asked me the same questions multiple times and rolled her eyes when I answered. I don't think she gave me a competent medical diagnosis.

Dr Mian is an awesome Doctor, Iv'e been a pateint for at least 15 years, see will always go out of her way to help you as long as you don't talk rubbish or try to manipulate her? , So treat this Doctor with the respect she deserve and you receive the same. - Tui Taylor-Jones

My kid is 4 and has the runs couldnt make same day appointment for a small child has to wait 1 hour and had made a mess on themselves because these people have no God Forsaken Compassion!
