I called to know if there is any phone appointment available for today. But, the lady I talk with on the phone (receptionist) is very unprofessional. She told me to call Doctor and tell me the number. I didn’t understand the number then I asked the number saying “ sorry I didn’t get the number “ she was very rude and told me the number so fast that I can’t understand and copy it. Very poor reception service.

Called the day prior and told to come in at midday the next day. I turn up and the practice is closed and no answer at phone. Horribly unprofessional.

Giving this place one star is the nicest thing I could do, if I could give a zero star I would. This place is an abomination to society. I would get better service walking through Hosier Lane with all the junkies in the city.

Dr Afshan Mian is one of the best primary care physicians I have come across. Her extensive experience and knowledge base make her an exceptional physician.

Absolutely Disgusting. They told me they close soon (they close at 6) the Doctor and Receptionist were too scared to see me because they thought i had covid.when i simply told them it was my tonsils.absolutely Disgusting and would not recommend this clinic to anybody. Cant believe it.meanwhile ive been tested negative last night. The doctor sounds like an uptight human not willing to help the sick.youre in the wrong industry hun.

Doctor Amir is amazing. She is direct and straight to the point. Dr Amir goes to great extent to meet your medical needs. Very professional and has taken great care and interest in meeting my medical needs.

The “doctor” at the reception desk literally told me to go away when I tried to book a Telehealth appointment because I wasn’t in the system, even though I have been to that clinic before. So rude I can’t believe I even experienced that when I’m a person trying to book a doctors appointment. Incredibly rude I’m honestly in shock.

Called this place at 5: 23pm today. Lady at reception said the place was closed and would not take my call. I said it closes at 6: 00pm so I still have time. She seemed to reluctantly agree and told me what i wanted.

She was suppose to give me a number. I couldn't hear her properly as she was talking very quickly and I assume she wanted to get off the phone asap. I told her if she could please repeat the number but she started speaking faster and screaming at me very irritably, which made it harder to hear.

Reception was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be visiting this clinic.

Not the best doctors ever. Will definitely encounter issues. Some doctors and nurses are fabulous while others are atrocious

Extremely slow attention. I had to wait 2 hours to be attended by a docto although I had booked my appointment in advance. Then I had to go back to pay although the receptionist was meant to ask for my payment before I saw the doctor. The cue to pay was extremely long and only 1 receptionist attending while other 2 were sitting down

Worst experience ever. The way dr.talk to me, I felt like I am her slave.her attitude and arrogant is the worst of worst.if you don't want to treat people say NO, nobody force you.don't insult people after you gave them appointment.you have no right to say "you came what ever time you want to come.now I have to everything by myself" after giving me appointment.if you don't gave me appointment or say no to my request, I never come to you. I can't explain your behaviour in word.being in health profession this is the way to communicate with the clients? Go and learn how to communicate with patient. I have never being felt this kind of humiliation, F*** your attitude. I will never visit this place again. 1 start is still does not suit you if I could I will gave - review.shut down you clinic if you don't want to treat people.

The disregard for patient care is shocking! The waiting times even with bookings is always ridiculous and unacceptable! And then there is trying to get them to answer the phone when you do call! Automatically on hold for at least 20 mins!
Perhaps understaffed? But honestly completely business minded and awful!

I have been with dr Mian for over 20 years she’s by far one of the most caring effective and compassionate drs I’ve been with I’ve had a Kong hard rd with this dr and she’s stayed with he every step of the way.a lot of new gp need to take a lesson out of her book, and she understands every walk if life she dose not judge me at all and to this day I’m proud to have her as my dr Thankyou dr Mian for everything you have done for me your the only one that believe in me I’ve been clean now 8 yr out of prison 11 years thanks to dr Mian I recommend her highly

Dr Mains is the most understanding Dr I have been to and with out her help I would not be here today, she cares enough to look after her patients above and Beyound I wish her all the best

Very impolite girl on reception. In such a field which requires lots of compassion, she was outright rude with patient. Simply, no go zone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The receptionist don’t care what is happening around and have terrible attitude towards patients. Waited for 1.5 hours to know that we were never on the patient list. Horrible place to be when in pain.

Worst doctor I have even seen. Dr Mian is extremely rude and simply needs to get fired ASAP. Will lodge a formal complaint against her and encourage you to do so as well if you have had bad experience.

Dr Mian has always done the right thing by me and helped be become a much better person.
I have struggled with alot of things but got through it with her help

Dr Mian has been a family doctor over 20 years, I have never went to someone else because I was so happy with her professional work, I raised a family who I brang to her. She saw my kids since they were babies to adults.

Dr Mian has been my family doctor for a long time now, she delivers a professional service, she is very helpful and provides a efficient and friendly service. I recommend her to everyone, she has a heart of gold, she cares so much for her patients, this is one of my favourite clinics, she always goes out of her way to help you and treats you like you are her family. Very lovely lady highly recommend
