I bought other brand bags and purse before I went to the store and when I walked in it started beeping at the door and one of the ladies (would say early to mid 50’s) blonde, wearing glasses came up to me and started going through my bags and purse trying to find a security tag, she was very rough with the items, stretched my new purse and she didn't even ask before ripping the tag off and started searching my bag all over again and i wasn’t feeling comfortable and was even feeling a bit intimidated. While me and my friend were trying to help look for the security tag because she was being so rough with my new purchases, she was kinda insisting saying " I can find it I'm an expert" but I didn't want her to stretch leather. Moreover, she didn’t have to rip off the tag without asking. What if I want to return that item if I change my mind? I can’t do that anymore.
That behaviour was very rude, and not acceptable.
Worst customer service experience in my life, I have to point out that I just walked in the shop I didn’t even have time to even look around or touch anything there, I was literally just standing at the door, so I don’t understand why she was handling my other purchases which she could clearly see was from other shops as I had the receipts as well.
I do understand it's holiday period, and busy but please be more sensible when you hire a staff or do more training before putting them on the floor. It wasn’t a good experience and I was expecting better customer service from a brand like yours but I was disappointed.

I was very unimpressed with the lack of English their employees spoke. I left and shopped at the Coach store inside David Jones instead.
