Had a really wonderful experience this afternoon at Coach Emporium, received some amazing help from a gentleman in the men’s section! I went in with my boyfriend and we had a look at these amazing green wallets, and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and kind - thank you so much!

Went in looking for a present and was helped by Pich. This is someone who loves their job and just wants to help people, I have never met a sales assistant so helpful, honest and commited, Pich even modelled some of the bags for me and provided really helpful recommendations. Thanks so much to Pich for making my shopping experience so fun, easy and enjoyable, service is top shelf and the quality, range and price of the bags and accessories is just amazing. I will be happily be shopping there again.

I just met Pich SA. He is from Thailand. He is so friendly so cute and good introduction. Very good service, also if i would like to try new products or everything he just gave it to me to try l am so happy. I glad to see him. See you soon

My friend and I entered the store, shopped there for the first time! We got our first every designer bags! We had the best experience. The gentleman named Pich helped us out with all our needs, he was super friendly, great service, would definitely recommend him next time you go there! I would definitely purchase there again!

Very, very grateful for the wonderful service I received today (27/2/23) from Stephanie. This was my first coach purchase and my first time spending a significant amount of money on a bag, and Stephanie made it the most lovely, memorable experience.

Her customer service genuinely went above and beyond, I was greeted almost immediately by her and it really felt like she shared my excitement about the purchase I have been planning for months.

Thank you to Stephanie and the rest of the Coach SAs in store for creating a wonderful environment to shop in. I can definitely say I’ll be shopping with you all again.

Went in with the intention of just looking and was greeted by the friendly staff member named Celine. From the get go she was super helpful and provided exceptional service. She was knowledgable about the products and assisted me in finding things I loved!

The staff member who assisted me was quite rude. I noticed a few other sales assistants were friendly though. Hope the customer service could be more consistent. Although I like the bag I purchased, the experience left me a sour taste and I will never return to this store.

I've genuinely never ever felt so insulted, I think the world needs to know. Ive never been so insulted in my life! So the journey begins, I walk in on around the 23rd of December where I arrive at the store to a likeable but desperate sales girl who starts thrusting handbags into my hands like I am homeless and hungry, as this was a gift for my wife (20 years) who is a avid fan and told this is the one she needs? Always a little taken back being told what to buy my wife has many Coach items, anyways I taking a liking to a specific handbag and the deals done the Australian lady asks if id like it personalised, why not! But id have to collect the tag tomorrow with a store of maybe 5 staff the machine sat there I say no you look too busy, common sense kicks in and she says actually lets do it on a complimentary tag now, well the bubble burst awesome work. Gets hand bag home wraps and hopes for the smile any man who had made the effort would. Christmas day comes, the day of glory the happy faces the new bag, and away she goes unwrapping it slowly I smile and await the rush of success, the wife looks at me and laughs she walks into the bedroom and grabs the exact same bag id brought her in the UK earlier this year, well the pat on the back and glory slowly turns to dust. Sooooooooo and this is where Coach have lost the plot! I return to the store on the 30th of December to return for a refund I am approached by 3 Asian ladies who I explain my dilemma too and explain id like a refund, I am met with smiles and laughter so all good, sadly this is where I have never ever been so insulted in my life, the girls look at each other and start to explain I was given a good discount? And I should be happy? Again I explain for a $385 handbag I really dont need it as its already in the collection, I then get trusted 3 wallets as some kind of exchange? Explaining I really dont have time to shop and would like the item refunded as per your own T&Cs, they look very confused and continue to barrage me with the details the item was discounted? Then I am asked to complete a warranty return form basically your data collection scheme to which I refuse and under standard consumer law I am entitled not to provide personal details for marketing purposes, to which I am told a refund wont be provided unless I provide personal details, I kindly explain the basic laws which every Australian has to protect their details from such data harvesting, to which I am told unless I provide my personal details no refund will be made, So a few deep breaths I cover the T&Cs on their form and explain I dont accept, this is where the ball drops, OK sir most people are idiots and give us these details? But we will drop the facade and allow you a refund, with giant smiles on their faces, laughing as if they had lost the war but won the battle, I asked so you feel your customers are idiots? To which I am met with smiling and laughing. I honestly have never been so insulted as a British expat living in Australia who has spent $1000s on your products, I am unsure of the retail etiquette in China but please if you want to retain any presence in this market please teach your staff not to be such horrid people. I will never ever buy a Coach product again in my life! Sad end guys sad end! Served by Celine
