They had such good deals here one weekend when I visited. I walked in with no plans of buying and got out with a couple of bags and accessories. The online store deals are updated to reflect the weekly offers available. Staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions.

I had bought a wallet and then they went to the back to gather another one at the back. When i got home, to my surprise there was a defect on the leather. I tried to refund it but they wouldn't allow me to. I tried to exchange and they also tried to refuse the price different. There was no other wallet when i came back with the exact same type as mine.

I experienced very bad service from COACH at both DFO, ESSENDON and SOUTH WHARF
I got some confusing information from those staff,
They gave me contradiction information.

This is the story: few days ago I bought a bag from COACH SOUTH WHARF, but i changed my mind, i want to swap to other colour. I went to COACH ESSENDON to swap that bag. But the staff said that I must swap it at the original store that I bought.

Today, I went back to COACH SOUTH WHARF, and explain it to the staff and they said that I could return or swap the stuff to other branch aswell. They seem blame each other.

And my bad experience doesn’t stop yet, i got very bad unwelcome service, and they let me packed the big bag back to the box without trying to help me to do it. It’s not good customer service. Very unhelpful.

COACH, where is the CUSTOMER SERVICES?

Feel bad to shop here. Mostly staff are quite nice. Another buyer agreed to pay with me together to get the 20% off each item. The cashier said: sorry we cant do it.
Then the asian male staff approach me and said to me: This is cheating.

Shopped here on two seperate occasions and had lovely service both times even though the store was busy and had a promotion. Nice selection and layout. There are some good discounts here. Was served by Joy who was very helpful and efficient. Really appreciated she offered to check for a bag that hadn't been on the floor without being asked.

Discounts are good. However, bags don’t come with dust bag, which I thought was very odd for a designer bag and staff don’t inform you. Other designer brands, Oroton, Furla, Michael Kors, do provide even though it’s in in outlet like DFO.
