Coach DFO South Wharf

Absolutely amazing customer experience. Honestly one of the best, most personalised and professional customer service professionals I've ever been served by. Massive shout out to Barbara for helping my fiance find and pick out a bag. You're an absolute legend and an amazing asset to your store! Thank you so much.

I was served by Barbara. She was lovely and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She was very patient and made the overall experience super pleasant

Firstly the service I got in Doncaster and Chadstone was absolutely amazing. The sale staff made us feel welcomed and worthy to be served we were not judged they fulfilled our expectations we had in your store. Left happy with our purchase thank you Gil’s.
Different situations in South Warf looking to purchase in a bag but unfortunately didn’t feel welcomed or worthy to be served by the staff at the outlet. All of them too busy talking amongst each other to even approach customers! Very disappointed.

Last Thursday afternoon I made a visit to the Coach Outlet and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service as compared to other stores in the centre. Although the laptop bag that my husband wanted was not available in store, 2 young gentlemen helped me throughout the visit and advised me that the product was in stock online. I'm not tech-savvy so i was glad to get help from the young man. Have always loved the quality of Coach bags!

Kyle made our first Coach visit memorable forever. He has some of the best customer satisfaction skills. The one thing that sets him apart from all others in similar role is - His non-interference. He let us surf and browse the store without those irritating "May I help you/ do you need any help" routines which make life miserable in almost every other store. Thanks to Kyle, it's not the case with Coach. He gave us all the breathing space, let us browse the store and let us reach out to him if we had anything to ask (we had many and he answered to all our questions with unmistakable generosity and patience). Thank you Kyle. You will be the one solid reason why we would love to visit Coach more often. All the very best mate. You are a gem.

I am very surprised and appalled by this brand.
Supposedly up there with world famous brands, the quality is very poor. The bag it sells us still in a great condition yet the zip has ripped. I contacted the store but they don't care, they can't do anything about it and it is not easy to find someone who can fix the zip. So their quality is bad and I will not buy Coach products again. I will stick to European brands.

A very unique service pattern in store as all staff just standing there, talking to each other, neglecting all customers entering in the store or passing by them

Great service by Hannah and Team. Husband spoilt me with gifts for my special upcoming birthday. Hannah was very attentive

Customer service from JOE was bad he kept getting my number wrong 5x and he kept saying SO sorry can you do your job properly and not incontinence the customers with your own mistakes it reflects on you. Usually. Coach is on point but this time round the customer service failed miserably

I walked into the DFO on Saturday the 14th January 2023. While there I asked for some assistance on a particular shoe and sizes available. Even though the service from this one particular representative was ok. She also told me that there was no shoe available in my size. So I decided to visit the City store. While there I was told that DFO southwarf had my size in stock. So I ended up calling the DFO store. I spoke to Lu. Lu ‘s service was spectacular, Lu went over and above to help me to which she found a shoe in my size. By this time I ended up buying another brand due to the previous information which was provided to me. I guess if I got Lu at the start of that morning I would have purchased those shoes while there. Lu is an asset to any organisation and I hope this review finds her well.

Came into the store with my mother and was served by Gwen, she was lovely and helped my mum choose the bag she was after. Thanks again Gwen for the friendly and amazing customer service, we don’t see that much nowadays.

Very satisfied shopping at Coach south wharf outlet! Happy with the result! Shopping on Saturday is less crowded compared to Friday.

I was blown away by the incredible service I received from the staff within the DFO stores for both Birkenhead point Sydney and South Wharf Melbourne.

I wasn't able to purchase a specific coloured trench coat in Sydney, having 1 week before I headed off on a big trip, I thought I'd missed out.

During a busy time, the store assistant took the time to call Melbourne to have it delivered.

I called Melbourne who were about to close - they went above and beyond to be sure I had the jacket delivered to my house in Sydney! It arrived 2 days later, well before I left for my trip.

The service was seamless, positive and very efficient. I can't thank the Coach team enough!

Very good collection and cheaper than other coach outlet, most of the items have a sale which is very convenient. Freindly staff.

Very poor customer service.
Store was supposed to be open until 9pm and they closed door at 7: 45pm. After I approached the staff through glass door, he refused to talk to me and directed me to leave.

Absolutely appalled by the staff and service here.i was just about to buy a bag $450 (and was quite excited to do so) I went in with my partner and daughter, The staff members particularly all the Asian staff were all standing amongst each other watching my partner and I and you could see they were speaking about us behind our back. No idea why, maybe we didn’t fit the profile for a typical shopper at coach lol. I had the bag I was going to get put aside for me ready to buy but when I noticed the fact they were watching and speaking about us I had decided I wasn’t going to get the bag anymore as I didn’t want to support their business given the disrespectful and rude behaviour. Not to mention they were super unhelpful, they need basic training in how to be welcoming and kind to customers! DO. NOT. RECOMMEND!

I purchased loafers on boxing day and after couple of wears I could see the tear near the lining.
I did not expect such expensive loafers to turn out like that and it was kind of disappointing.

Recently I visited the store and mentioned my concern and they asked me to bring back the loafers and they can replace it for me.

It was a moment of relief after hearing that and the next day I visited the store, no questions asked and I got my new pair.

Really happy with the brand and the service in dfo southwarf.

Bit costly for my taste but nice service and quality products. On the below ground floor next to the food court.

Helpful pleasant service from staff who were clearly under pressure in this busy store. Coach is fabulous and so are their people.
