Can’t recommend Clef HiFi enough. We recently bought a set of hifi from Nick and Stan. We had some issues with the CD player, we are really grateful they were there helping us, solving the issues and talking to the dealer for us.

We live interstate so bought a Yamaha receiver online. The receiver arrived within a few days and was 25% cheaper than RRP and a majority of major retailers. No problems at all very straight forward.

Great shop with very knowledgeable staff and amazing prices often times beating prices online or giving discounts where appropriate. Cannot recommend enough. They also have a small collection of good quality and sought after vinyls.

I highly recommend these guys. I had to return a new piece of hardware that had an intermittent fault. The staff tried to reproduce the problem but couldn't. Never the less they agreed to exchange. Thanks Stan And Nick, I really appreciate the professionalism.

Great service. I needed a new CD player, found out what I wanted, with not a lot of $$ to spend. Checking the internet and they were the cheapest by far. Ordered the player online. I had it delivered (to the Mornington Peninsula), set up, and playing CDs in less than 24 hours. Wow, what fantastic service.

Brilliant! I walked looking to sample a range of bookshelf hifi speakers for home. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Clef. No high pressure sales tactics & they were happy to let the sound & design of the product sell itself. After reviewing about 5 options i selected some Dynaudio speakers. Made in Denmark & superb sound.and the great price sealed the deal.

Awesome friendly service and good product knowledge - Attempting to go back to brick and mortar stores and this one will be on my list as they have great products and where able to spend the time to demo. In the changing retail world its service that will make the difference and this store ticks that box.
