I have had problem skin since childhood and despite all the products and specialists I have seen nothing worked. Annie and her team at Clearskincare QV have worked their magic and my skin just keeps getting better. I went to the QV clinic yesterday for a microdermabrasion. The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had a consultation before the treatment, and because I had 2 acne breakouts they advised that they wouldn’t do a microdermabrasion and that was completely fine with me. They recommended a peel with LED instead. I’ve never had a peel before so I wasn’t sure what I was in for but the place and the staff seemed like professional therapists so I gave it a go. It was all fine until the therapist busted the 2 acne breakouts that I had. In my head I thought it’ll be fine, she’s a therapist. She proceeded with the LED light and I was laying there for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes a different lady came in to finish it off. She put some serum and sunscreen on my face, and then she said she’s putting some B. B.cream on my face to hide the redness. She also said towards the end that my face will be dry for the next couple of days and that’s normal. No worries. So I got up to get ready and when I looked in the mirror my face looked horrific. It looked so much worse than it did before I came in to the clinic. The B. B.cream that she put on my face made my face extremely dry it looked like a bad makeup job on super dry skin. Not only that, the 2 busted pimples were still bloody as if someone had punched me in the face. As soon as I left the clinic I ran to woolies to buy facial wipes and a moisturizer. It was the worst facial experience I’ve ever had. I was so embarrassed. Never will I go back to this place. I should have said something at the time and that’s my regret but in that moment all I wanted was to leave. I’m sorry, I had to leave a review.

I get laser hair removal here and have always had excellent customer service. They are very efficient and friendly. I recommend signing up to their mailing list, as you can often get good deals.

Highly recommend this clinic. My therapist was great and Annie was very helpful in Clinic. My treatment went really well and look forward to my next appointment. I think there must have being a change in staff as the service was a lot better than previous visits.
