Clear Skincare Clinic QV Melbourne

I been there today no customer, not busy but staff no one take care I was very unhappy. Thursday staff like just talk and gossip Thursday staff very bad service. 2 weeks ago I been there and met Nurse name Isabella she was good take care and friendly.

Tiffany is awesome - she is really accommodating, caring, polite, friendly and super fast! You are in and out in no time.

I've only had 3-4 laser sessions at Clear Skincare Clinic.

Everyone has been really gentle and it hasn't hurt like at previous places.

Highly recommended.

First laser treatment and they were amazingly easy and accommodating. The free consultation helps a lot as well (being a first timer and all!). Would be back!

I have visited this clinic twice. On my second visit, I was lucky to get treated by Aurelia. She went above and beyond in giving me amazing experience during my visit. That is the kind of service you expect when you're visiting a beauty clinic. She was very friendly, careful and seemed to know her job very well. She changed my perception about this place. It would be good if they can get more therapists like Aurelia who love their job and treat their clients with respect and care. Thank you Aurelia and Clear Skincare Clinic.

One star is even overrated for this clinic. Bought 3 times package of skin needling. During the treatment, the staff told me the depth they use is secret when I asked. How ridiculous it is! It’s so dodgy they didn’t even apply numbing cream before the procedure because the depth they use is very mild and they just want you to come back more to make money. The result is minimal. I went to the other clinic for skin needling after using the package and I can see the huge difference between them. Wasting money for the awful experience and would never go back to this clinic.

Clear Skincare QV is very lucky to have Vania in their Team. She has been doing my face for years and I will not go with anybody else. For the best treatment in broken capillaries and pigmentation go with Vania. She is professional, honest and lovely.

When I make appointment if I come early I have to wait until it's late 10-15 minutes because have someone walk-in and do a laser before me even she doesn't book but when I come late 3-5 minutes I can't do laser in time and have to move appointment to late day WHY I HAVE TO COME ERLY IF YOU DO LIKE THIS TO ME they don't care customer who already paid

also the result doesn't going well even I go 4-5 times it's nothing change, I bought full package when they are have promotion but after promotion end they want me to pay for that area It's so lack communicate and really bad service I hope I just finished my package and never never come back again so waste time and money

I went for an express micro at Clearskincare QV. The ladies there are so lovely! Kerri took care of me and gave me suggestions to what is good for my skin. She is very knowledgeable, energetic and even offered me sample of the serum. Will definitely visit the clinic again!

I have been greatly happy with Clear Skin Clinc. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. The products I have been using for 6 months are perfect for my skin and the yellow light has helped me significantly. Staff always remember my name and history, highly rated

This is the bad clinic in the world I don’t recommend to visit this place they just take your money and your skin still the same before there’s no change

AMAZING! This is the best place I have ever been to have my skin looked after. The staff are all SUPER amazing and very qualified professionals! I used to get a lot of breakout and since having my treatments here, this has changed dramatically. The skin treatments are really affordable and their products are too (even more so when they have a sale). They are always happy to explain how to use the skin care at home and you don’t feel like you are just being sold a product, but skincare that’s right for you. I really recommend the Dr McCaffery’s Acne treatment, it does wonders for breakouts! Overall I really recommend people who have tried everything to fix their skin problems to pay them a visit:)

Go see a dermatologist, somebody who cares about your skin. Don’t come here, they only care about your wallet.

This place and also Laser Skin Clinics are like $2 shops. It is a no go place for most procedures especially for skin needling if you are looking for results, quality and professionals. They would just hover the apparatus on your face for seconds. Q-Switch is performed at only some CSCs is good. Not at QV. If you are looking for results, pay a bit more money at professional, reliable places to see result such as Australian Laser Clinics or places where dermatologist or cosmetic physicians perform the procedure.

So far, I have two leg hair laser removal treatments. I have been always looked after very well, Emily is just fantastic, paying attention to my needs and accommodating my requests. I’m extremely happy with the treatments, results are amazing and I’m always looking forward to my next treatment.

I can not recommend Clear Skin enough. I have had two treatments of laser on my Brazilian and underarms and the results are absolutely incredible.

I had always wanted to get laser but had always been a bit nervous too, two seperate friends recommended the South Yarra clinic and all of the staff have been so lovely and helpful. Vania and Amber are the two people who have done my treatments so far and they are so professional and knowledgeable.

Wow! Emily is hands-down the? At dermapen! Her attention to detail and charming demeanour are second to none, I cannot recommend her highly enough and look forward to my next amazing treatment! X

The ladies here at QV are just lovely. I'm always well looked after every visit. Been getting treatments at QV since March and I have seen big improvement in my skin. Massive thank you to Estelle for always coming through with top notch service and laughs. You are the best! I refuse to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.
