The place is very clean and professional and the personnel are very nice and friendly.
About the laser hair removal, I didn’t get the treatment what I have expected. I had booked it for my full face but my whole face wasn’t covered for treatment.

I love going to Clear Skin Clinic Moonee Ponds, it feels like I'm visiting friends whenever I'm there! Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does, Nicole is so personable and great to have a little giggle with and all the other girls are always so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible laser hair removal. I have been coming to clear skin Moonee ponds for 2 years for laser hair removal. Initially after a few treatments I had noticed a tiny reduction in hair, but afterwards my hair was coming back darker and thicker. Not to mention they miss many areas and deem this as “oh the hair is patchy”. Also, they turn the power down so that the laser barely works, and you keep coming back and spending more money. I have since moved companies and have noticed a significant difference and improvement after just 1 session.

Came here for the first time to have dermapen. All the girls here were very friendly and welcoming. Emma did a really good job and the manager Nicole was so attentive. Totally recommend!

A friend who had been to Clear Skincare Clinic Moonee Ponds for acne recommended the clinic when I developed bad adult acne. I had tried many different types of acne cures and nothing was working. The staff at the clinic are very friendly and professional and discuss with you clearly about your personal journey to clear skin and the steps involved. In a little over 3 months my face has gone from very bad acne all over to almost completely clear skin and the end of my adult acne is very much in sight. I highly recommend Clear Skincare Clinic Moonee Ponds.

Customer service at counter was pleasant, however the laser service was the worst service I've ever experienced in 7+ years of having laser. Huge areas were not lasered properly, leaving terribly uneven regrowth. I understand that often small areas are missed - but this was an unacceptable service. The therapist was rude and rushed. Would not recommend

If there's one thing I want for my skin and especially my experience at any clinic is to feel safe and refreshed. And let me tell you, the girls at Moonee Ponds tick all of these boxes and more. Rebecca, Julia, Emma and Nicole make you feel incredibly secure and at home; it's like being part of a second family. My experience at this clinic have been nothing but perfect. The girls are the kindest, most respectable and accomodating people I have ever met. It's one tight-knit family and I love every conversation, treatment and memory I have made with these girls. Rebecca is one philanthropic and kind-hearted woman. She has been the woman behind the scenes in relation to all my skin peels, hydro microdermabrasion and acne treatments. Whilst the sweetest and altruistic Julia has been at the helm of my laser treatments. Just trust me, it is worth every buck. These girls have taken care of me and my skincare needs and thus, it is where the long-life friendships have ensued.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The manager is amazing and the staff are just real people, and so kind - nothing fake or false about them. They know their stuff and they'll bend over backwards for their clients. Highly recommend you have your laser treatment plus here!

As an ex-beauty therapist, I feel comfortable putting my full faith in the girls at the Moonee Ponds Clearskincare Clinic. The therapists are all very knowledgeable and not only recommend treatments and products suited for my skin but also give an explanation as to why they will help me. I've had laser hair removal, peels, Dermapen and pigment removal and would happily visit the girls for any concerns I have with my skin in the future. Thankyou very much!

Had under eye filler done by Jess, which made me look worse,
Not much help from staff, to try resolve issue or dissolve it.and had the overnight peel package
which was performed by 2 different employeesJess being one of them
if injector is not knowledable to perform peels properly they should not be doing them-
last one I had done, procedure was done well & thourough, compared to the first two, which was not.
Save your money and go elsewhere,
at least to an injector who gives a damn.

A really amazing service.
Nicole is amazing behind the counter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know how she does it but she always remembers my name. I've watched her connect personally with every client, she rattles off dates, times and names often without referring to anything - and she's right!
Jess is a master injector. I love the way she goes for the natural, soft look to refresh rather than change - although I have seen a client with voluptuous sexy trout pout (if that's your style).
I've had Derma pen with Emma who has given me noticeable, permanent results. She's gauged my skin well and I'm really happy with the outcome.
I've been to other 'mall salons' and been given a one size fits all to my skin care and been treated like I'm on a conveyer belt.
Not this place. Sure it's quick and no fuss but everything I've had done is done well by professional, friendly albeit busy staff. They seem to really know what they are doing and look at each person individually. I have two beautiful girlfriends who go there too and they are very happy as well. They've had beautiful results like me.
Recommend this place big time.

I'm not normally the type to write a review but i felt the need to share my experience at Clear Skin Care in Moonee Ponds. From the moment i walked in the door, the customer service was outstanding. The girl at reception - i think her name was Nicole - was so helpful and my Therapist Lily has made me feel so comfortable in a predominately female environment. I'll definitely be going back for more treatments. Thanks again!
