Clear Skincare Clinic Moonee Ponds

I have made a few visits to this skincare clinic over the last 6 months and have been taken of by Renee for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion treatments. The professionalism and attention to detail shown by Renee was of the highest order. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I will continue to invest in my skincare through this clinic.

I have been seeing Ashlea here for about a year. She has really helped me to get my skin looking younger and healthier. I have also been having laser and find that she has been very understanding about my low pain tolerance and has made me very comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I received my laser treatment over two weeks ago. I noticed that some of my hairs had still not fallen out and called the clinic for a touch up given I have been getting laser hair removal for many years and have a great understanding of my hair cycle. My experience with Clear skin clinic was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude exhibited by the staff left me with a negative impression and a desire to never return. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options for laser hair removal services.

Have been seeing Renee for the past few weeks. I came in with a damaged skin barrier and she has not only helped my skin but my confidence too! Will definitely continue to return and recommend Renee (:

I’ve been coming to the Moonee Ponds clinic for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the service I receive. The girls there are always pleasant and professional and make you feel very comfortable. I recently started getting Skin Pen and Peels done on my face and my skin is feeling amazing. Renae at Moonee Ponds clinic is amazing and is your girl for all things skin!

Long time customer here. My last clinician was lovely! She went out of her way to accommodate me and the fees were more than reasonable. Will be back!

I’ve come to clear skincare for my first ever laser appointments, I was met with a great experience following a successful treatment and lovely staff, in particular Marlina!

I had been to this clinic before and had good experience until today was gonna have my underarms laser and I got there 5 minutes late for my appointment (6.15pm) and one of the staff was being rude about it + giving me attitude.
I never complained previously having to wait for my appointments when I got there early (as always) ? !
Perhaps, customer service could be a little better when handling this kind of things.

Zara is a fantastic beauty therapist and I highly recommend her for all laser/skin procedures. She never rushes you and she sorted a skin issue that I have been self conscious about for a while swiftly

Have been coming to the Moonee Ponds clinic since 2019 & absolutely love the services, atmosphere & the staff. Shout out to Natalie who has been amazing. Highly recommend.

Customer service is ok but getting a signature acne treatment for minor pimples or acne is not worth, it brought me even more acne and.marks even after spending nearly $3000.they will always trap you for expensive treatment but get a second review from anyother place if you really need it.

I have been to multiple lazer hair removal clinics for years and it is so hard to find the right one, until I found Nat T! Nat treats you like royalty and she is so professional, lovely, amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! Nat has not only helped me with my lazer hair removal she is now looking after my skin care and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. I trust her so much with my skin and I am very picky when it comes to skin care as I have hormonal acne and very sensitive skin and Nat has made my skin glow. It has only been minor changes to my skin care routine and also with the help of her skin care treatments on site, my skin is feeling better than it ever has!

I had laser hair removal done at clear skincare and highly recommend it. Jessica from the Moonee Pond clinic is the loveliest therapist.

My normal beautician is Julia, but she has left the organisation: (. I rang to book an appointment with her but was told that she no longer worked there! I made an appointment to see another beautician, at an inconvenient time for me, only to turn up to find out that the appointment was not in their system.the beautician honoured my appointment as her client was late. She was good, but not as good as Julia.
Extremely disappointed in the booking system, service adequate.

Waste of my time! CBD store cancelled on me last minute as they didn't have anyone qualified to do my skin consultation and directed me to Moonee Ponds. Spoke with a person over the phone at Moonee Ponds to schedule in my appointment and she didn't raise any concerns about not having staff. Received a voicemail the morning of my appointment to also say they don't have anyone qualified to do my skin consultation and told me my appointment was cancelled.

Jess is always so professional and extremely diligent. She always takes you on time and explains thoroughly her procedure process. Can't speak more highly of her and her work ethics.

After 6 weeks and over $550 of treatments it was suggested by a clinician that I consume less dairy to try and fix my problem skin. I was confused and disappointed by this suggestion because at the first consultation the same employee was very confident that my skin would clear up completely with a series of treatments and products I purchased. I never expected a miracle cure but I do always appreciate honestly and felt duped by this clinic and system.
