Kevin's been incredibly helpful and stock great gear. Have bought from him, traded up and at absolutely no pressure to buy, he will set up any piece of equipment and listening scenario in his great sound rooms. He certainly knows his business and is always courteous and willing to negotiate. Highly recommended for any audiophile and price bracket. Go check him out.

Excellent range of products from budget to absolute high end. Prices are the best I've found and staff were very helpful and friendly and didn't try push you to buy things you didn't need or couldn't afford like some other shops in this industry

TERRIBLE. Very bad company to deal with. Kevin the owner (i believe) is poor when it comes to customer service. And the product I ordered still has not been delivered even after many times contacting him (over 3 weeks now-after being promised next day delivery). There is no response given as confirmation by the company either. They are crooks. Be very careful - don't let the low prices fool you!

Absolutely ridiculous. They don't even know what they are doing but still try to charge rape price. I've asked for a general service in general service to fix an amplifier and they said they will fix one of the many problems and can't guarantee if the amplifier will work fine. Very bad customer service as well, not trustworthy. Highly recommended not to deal with this business.

Took my vintage amplifier here for repair - straight forward replacement of capacitors job, that's all they did, took forever, wasn't cheap and now I've got further problems from their work.
