I took my speakers for repair, blown drivers and damaged crossover. Kevin and team did an excellent job fixing them back to perfect condition. Highly recommend Class A Audio, very happy customer here.

Recently purchased a pair of Dynaudio Focus 30 XD from Kevin. From our first enquiry, Kevin was prompt to reply and extremely easy to deal with. Buying an expensive pair of speakers interstate from a business we had never dealt with before and with which we had only had a couple of conversations over the phone, we had our obvious reservations. We needn’t have worried. Kevin offered us a fabulous deal and organised our speakers to be delivered in the midst of covid promptly and within the timeframe he had advised. We couldn’t be more pleased with what we received. Highly recommend as the first stop for your Hifi needs. We’ll be back when Kevin decides to stock McIntosh ;).

Bought a pair of Dynaudio Excite 44 over the phone. I asked about a few more expensive speakers and if my amp would have enough juice to drive them. I was given honest advice by Kevin; he could have sold me a more expensive set of speakers! I’m very happy with my new speakers. Great service from Kevin, bought a Project Classic Turntable 10 months ago then had the cartridge upgraded to a 2M Black last week. Kevin took the time to explain down force tracking and set up. Totally recommend Class A audio and Kevin.

I bought the motorised projection screen from these guys, great price and fast delivery which was great. The product has a design fault that I think a lot of people would find eventually. It is fixable but these guys wont help you or reply your email if you contact them about it. You need to do it yourself. The motor is on the right hand side and slots into a dodgy plastic part that will eventually break. You need to rig up something that is metal. I used a couple of left over brackets from Ikea and filed them to fit snuggly and drilled them into place, now its going to last!

Trust me people, his higher star reviews are from his friends. Skip using kevin and go straight to absolute highend and ask for cheaper. Kevin is just an agressive little asian middle man with zero respect. You waste your time buying from him, once the money is in his account and you have the product you are now a dog to him.

UPDATE: Received invoice and tracking number finally. I will change my rating once I have received the product and assessed its quality.

I purchased this product to donate to a community hall in bushfire affected NSW so they could have access to visual aids as a means of communication to a large audience. This was a contribution from several people however from dealing with Kevin from Class A Audio, I feel I have let the community down based on my experience of his service. Frankly, I don't know how this guy sleeps at night.
I ordered an electric projector screen through their online shop which specifically states that an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. I have not received this yet.
This would naturally lead to a phone call querying a payment receipt and tracking number to which Kevin would always reply 'look out for it tomorrow'. Nothing received yet.
The third phone call to Kevin now begins to irritate him to which his response is 'I have already posted the product'. No sign of that either.
I have given Kevin until close of business today (23/01/2020) to send me a payment receipt and tracking order. I will update my review if anything changes.
You be the judge of whether you would like to do business with Class A Audio. It is one with absolutely no conscience.

Always ready to do a deal, so great prices and it seems that Kevin can get anything you want at the best price. Not easy to get to from where I live. Also the demo rooms aren't as nice as some other shops.

and they stock great gears.
But they're not cheap though and when it comes
to repairs it would usually take them forever.

Great prices. Kevin is not the best of the phone, that's just him I guess, but he's always keen to help. Not sure why someone would accuse them of stocking grey imports. They are authorised dealers for the gear they sell!

Found a good selection of speakers and amplifiers in here.
Not only that, they have the best prices too.
Can't find any better deal than Class A Audio.
Will be back soon to get myself a power amplifier.

These guys are the best at fixing Vintage HIFI equipment. Do not take it to anyone else. If Kevin and his team cant fix it no one can. I took my Amplifier to be repaired to many other repair center and they had no idea. His price is reasonable. He spent 60 hours repairing my Amplifier. No one else would take it on. AAAA+ I'm very happy I have found someone who I can trust and can do an excellent job

This store sells gray import products. Stay away from there if you want avoid headaches. Or get in conscious: you wont get any future support or warranty from the manufacturing companies if you buy from Class A Audio.
