The staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you need the lay out is good and have a great range for women from size 12 to plus sizes, beautiful clothes for all shapes and all sizes from 12 up

The ladies working were so nice and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. The store is beautiful and there was lots of options and sizes to choose from. I will definitely be back since the southalnd store closed down.

City Chic staff in Fountain Gate have been absolutely amazing and helpful in everyway possible when returning/refunding my ISO purchases that didn't fit.

I really like this shop very nice clothes but I have 1 complaint I was there the other day to buy some lingerie and I was trying a couple in the dressing room and the lady was coming and asking me how I was going and to see if I wanted her to bring me another size I was popping my head out to talk to her and there were men siting right outside the changing rooms and looking my way which I found very inappropriate I don't think men should be allowed in the dressing room area I felt so uncomfortable and I just left without buying anyting.

Fantastic experience today with a most helpful staff member as I was shopping for an outfit for a wedding, I wish I had got her name but there is a closer City Chic store to where I live but I would go out of my way to go to Fountain Gate store again

This store has gone downhill. Staff are tired and flat, they do still try but you can see they don’t want to be there. This store was once the place to go, they had all sizes, all styles. I think they have had big changes with a negative impact.

Clothing here can be pricey, but it is quality.
I always wait until they have their sales which is usually twice a year, when you can grab a bargain.
Sizes start from a 14. It has gorgeous clothing for the curvy/larger girls.
Staff here are friendly and willing to help with anything you may need.

The ladies were super helpful and lovely.
Renee took the time to take some photos, so I could send them to my friends. She helped me with the fit and style, giving me an honest opinion between a couple of dresses, for a bridesmaid dress.

Lovely staff particularly Lidia and Erin. Very helpful and honest with their comments on different styles of dresses as to what suits, etc. Definitely the shop to go to for larger sizes. The collection of bras is also amazing and complimented my dress selection even more. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you ladies you made me feel very special.
There is a down side to this store however. I am not particularly appreciative of the fact that males can enter the change room area. Several women were not impressed and I certainly voiced my disapproval to Erin. Yes I understand we are living in a world of "equality" but to allow men into the changing room area whilst women are trying on bras, etc, especially also when there is a large mirror just outside the cubicles where one can look at an outfit in full view makes it very uncomfortable when walking out and as I was there for 30 minutes or so, I encountered three different lots of men sitting and waiting to be called upon to voice their opinion on their partner's selected outfit. Personally, it felt very awkward and uncomfortable. I was told that many people have voiced their dislike of this situation but Head Office has offered no solution.

Best shopping experience I've ever had. The girls were so welcoming and my fiance and I came out so happy after struggling all night to find the right dresses. The girls stayed back half an hour past close to cater for us and we even walked out with a bottle of champagne.

Everyone was complimenting our dresses at our engagement. Thank you so much ladies!

When i walked into the store not knowing it was a plus size store; a lady almost instantly walked up to me and asked if ''i was shopping for the friend'' then she said ''our smallest size is etc'' there extremely rude.

Love the variety, the staff are awesomely helpful and the prices are mostly reasonable. Thank you for helping me find the right dress for my nephews wedding.

My favourite clothes shop. Being a plus size girl this shop is my one and only shop that I buy clothes from. There massive range of clothes from party dresses to casual and everything else a must go for woman who wants to look fabulous

Staff are always helping me when ever I shop there. Just recently brought 3 of the same tops and staff member went out of her way to ensure I get the right sizes from back store and my sisters and I were happy. She was super patient with us. Shes awesome.
