The staff were fabulous in helping me to narrow down to 1 dress from a selection, which I couldn’t decide on. Not only we’re they helpful but we also had a few laughs along the way.

Amazing place the staff are amazing if you need to get a formal dress this is the place to go they will help you so much I had a issue with the clothes and they helped me out. Also I don't really wear dresses so when I tryed one on and I feel In love with it and cryed because of my size they made me so happy and a few of them almost cryed too also I told them about my low confidence and they helped with that city chic is the best place to go to so they can make you feel beautiful I highly recommend them

Great help from a lovely girl Max. She was lovely and very knowledgeable. I came home with some new jeans and Jean shorts.

Every staff member made me feel welcomed. I was having a bad day and they helped me and went above and beyond. Thank you for making me feel beautiful.

OH. MY. GOSH. So I came in with one of my bridesmaids to buy their dresses and the lady that works here is SO NICE! She has this energy that just puts you in a good mood and we both left saying "she was SO NICE! ". Unfortunately I don't fit in the clothes, but I'm tempted to gain a dress size so I can fit in their stuff, it's so pretty!

I went into City Chic lastnight with tears in my eyes because I couldn't find an outfit that I needed for the next day. As a plus size lady, I didn't feel like I looked good in anything and was very overwhelmed. A lovely lady by the name of Jasmine (I think) came over to help me, she helped me pick out some clothes and by the end I left with not only 1 but 2 outfits and a huge smile on my face. She made me feel super comfortable and made me feel like I looked really good in the outfits I had chosen. I wish I could give her and the store more than 5 stars

Trying on clothes isn’t my favourite thing to do usually but the ladies here are always so fantastic offering advice and helping. 5 star customer service every time I’ve been in the store. I went to the store with a week left to find a dress to wear as a bridesmaid, and Amy, Kat & Max went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. From the beginning of my panicked phone call with Max to see if they had anything in my size, to seeing Amy on the store floor pulling out each and every dress that fit my criteria, to Kat cheering me on in the change rooms as I paraded and worried about every little detail - the girls were AMAZING & so comforting. They were honest in what suited me and what didn't, and ultimately found the perfect dress hiding on the rack! These ladies made the experience so painless and fun; I left a VERY happy customer.

I think. These sizes would sell very well as Pakenham is very limited for clothing stores.
