Cinnamon Club - Indian Restaurant

Hands down one of the best India restaurant in Melbourne. The service was impeccable. Quality of ingredients used fresh and the taste of the food absolutely amazing.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious. It is great value. And the staff is outstanding. Highly recommend!

We tried many Indian restaurants before, and the 4 star reviews we read before we came in to this restaurant DO NOT reflect the restaurant’s quality. Besides the low quality of food, what was unusual and atypical to an Indian restaurant is the fact that the food was not spicy at all! And nobody even asked us how spicy we’d like to have the food (while usually you get to choose between milled, medium, or spicy).
For starters, the pappadam with yogurt was oily and tasteless, and the yogurt dip was sweet with no spice whatsoever. Then we placed our order; the service was very slow, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. When they finally served the food some of the veggies in our veggie platter came out cold (I can only guess that they heated it up in the microwave and that the fried veggies weren’t freshly made). Then the rest of the food came.all oily, not healthy- we had descent heartburn straight after. And when I say ‘all’, I mean everything: the Nan (which tasted bad), the rice, and the rest of the vegetarian tasteless dishes. Disappointing experience - not recommended.

A large piece with room to dance (literally). Pleasant service, good food and incredibly affordable. A decent menu. I find out to be a fantastic neighbourhood spot to drop in. Plenty of space.

Great venue for private parties. I have been there couple times for private functions and were never disappointed. Great team and chefs.

The biryani and mint raita here is my fav. Highly recommend their kormas too. Delish and love that they're local to me so I can Uber Eats them when I crave some good Indian food!

Excellent restaurant, very authentic Indian food. Although we didn't book a table we were seated after 10-15 minutes. I recommend to book a table in advance. Highly recommended place for good Indian cuisine.

In last 10 years I have been to cinnamon club numerous times. I have always loved their food and service. Ambience is beautiful! Highly recommended!

Went to this venue last night for the buffet dinner and dancing

False advertising at it's best
