Cinnamon Club - Indian Restaurant

Its a big hall with a lot of seating capacity. They have live music over the weekend catering to all clientele, with a big dance floor. Buffet style food.

I gave my mobile number by accident for a group booking about 2 years ago. Since then I get spam messages from them every 2 weeks. I messaged them and called them numerous times, but they don't really care to unsubscribe my number. Even if I block them, they send messages via another number. Because they use bulk sms services. Owner, if you are seeing this, please help me out.

We recently available the services of cinnamon club to cater for our wedding reception From planning through to the menu selection and delivering delicious food on the same day the team cinnamon club were professional very supportive of our needs and Went above and beyond to ensure everything went to plan on the night Kudos to Amit and team for their exceptional leadership and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to organise Indian catering for their special occasion

We were the only people there on a Thursday night. No bar service, but still got our Lassi. Food nice, service was okay.

Ordered via ubereats and received all ordered items on time and full of flavour. We requested for an alteration to the fixed menu, to which the team kindly adjusted to our liking. They've now been our go to indian restaurant since we moved to Cheltenham this year.

The food served on New Year's eve dinner was pretty ordinary.
The choice was very limited.
I wouldn't go back again.
I've been there quite a few times in the past and was always impressed with the spread.
Not this time though considering the amount charged

Fantastic venue for parties!
We had our son's second birthday party and it was a wonderful experience. Pankaj was very pleasant to deal with and accommodated all our requests from beginning to end.

All our guests enjoyed the food and spacious ambience. Entrees were particularly savoured by all. Will certainly recommend the venue if you are looking to host a party.

Amazing place for having fun with loving one's. Food is awesome and have beautiful atmosphere.

I went there with my family a fews ago and the food was great - bit oily/buttery but very nice. Last night I had ordered a few things for takeaway and called immediately to ask for it to be made spicy. Portion sizes for takeaway were great but the food was so oily that despite being wrapped in cling wrap it was leaking through the plastic bag. It leaked onto my car and stained the kitchen counter. The food was overall lacking flavour and simply too oily to eat and had to throw it out.

I am DONE with this cheapskate of a business. This is the FOURTH time in about seven orders we've received tasteless and dry LEFTOVERS from some other batch they've cooked up during the day (butter chicken + naan bread) and we will never order from them again.

The sad part is, their best is actually fantastic, the butter chicken is fragrant and delicious and honestly is amongst some of the best we've had in this area but after THREE sets of apologies and excuses regarding us being sent late night leftovers, the FOURTH time has me convinced this is a clear management directive to cut costs, as opposed to the explanations we received regarding it being a "mistake" on the chef's part. The first two times we got the food remade and it was unsurprisingly delicious, the third (and now 4th) time we've just gotten it refunded and I refuse to entertain their promises of "we always make our food fresh, we're sorry for the mix up".

There is a MASSIVE distinction between their best and their worst and I already feel ill after 4 mouthfuls tonight. We've thrown out the rest and I hope this review serves as a warning to all customers ordering from this business. Ask for it to be cooked fresh and I guarantee you won't be disappointed, however take caution if you don't. I understand businesses need to cut certain corners to survive in this climate but this particular shortcut is an absolute disgrace and I hope they learn from it.

Been there first time must say best indian restaurant in that area i have tried some other restaurants as well but this is pure indian restaurant. Must visit place. Thankyou guys for such a wonderful dinner.

I had my daughter's 21st here and my whole experience has been excellent. Amit and his team made me welcome from choosing the dishes and were very accommodating in what we wanted to do on the night.
The food was excellent and service impeccable could not have asked for anymore.

Give them a try and you wont be disappointed

We ordered online through Menulog for dinner. A couple of issues:

1. Beef vindaloo: ordered for extra spicy. It's not spicy at all and slightly too salty.

2. Delivery driver couldn't find our street (even though the address was entered correctly).

3. Order received only half of what was ordered. Called the restaurant and was told that there should be 2 bags, unfortunately we were only given 1 bag. Had to call several times to follow up the whereabouts of the remaining order. Ended up waiting for another 40 minutes to receive the missing order. Funnily enough, the missing order that came 40 minutes later were hot whilst the first bag received was only lukewarm when delivered. So, either the missing items were forgotten at the restaurant (i.e. Not made) ; or they were incorrectly given to other customer - so they had to cook fresh.

Overall, it's ok, but I'd rather order from other places that I've already known the quality and service provided.

Nice place and decent size. Visited on Sunday night. Alright food. Quantity was decent. All vegetarian options tried.

Entrees- Kabar (bit hard)
Mains- kofta gravy bit unusual. Paneer was excellent.
Naan- some burnt and bit hard because too slim.

One of the best Indian restaurant in bayside suburbs. Highly recommended for foodies. Try once and you will be addicted to have everyday food. Real Indian taste. Very good deals available.
