The most magical place! So many incredible decorations to look at and immerse yourself in the magic of Christmas I came out an elf! Great prices too for the quality and extensive range of items. The shop is massive!

Extremely disappointed in the staff members at this store. Went in not wearing a face mask as i am medically exempt, and was approached two separate times by 2 different staff members questioning me about it. I was told to leave the store as they thought I was a risk to other people in the store. This is blatant discrimination and is in breach of the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination act. Talk about a couple of Grinches.

Ordered my decorations online on Saturday. Immediately received a confirmation email and my order arrived 2 business days later. Beautiful decorations, well packed and carefully delivered! Price was great as was service and delivery. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, some amazing things and lovely trees. A bit expensive but you would expect that at a specialist shop.

I have bought many decorations here over several years and found them to be great value for money. Lovely well made decorations and certainly lasted well. I package them properly and safely to keep them looking like new year after year.

I would dearly love to purchase from this place but have found it impossible! I have rang and sent emails requesting someone contact me so i can make a purchase. If someone could please help to make it possible, that would be wonderful. Leaving a review is my last resort.

Sadly the place was magical and the food was not bad, but today nothing came out together and the chicken and mayo sandwich was mayo no chicken to be seen. The new girl argued with me, the sandwich was unbeatable. Really disappointed will not be back.

Everything Christmas you would want. Looks worn out and abandoned from the outside but inside is full of magic and reasonably priced.

3rd year visiting. Perhaps the largest and most professionally organized Christmas store in Melbourne. Ask for the manager Flavia; she’s a gem!

Huge range of decorations and everything for the Christmas tree. Great shopping for either domestic premises or businesses. Great variety of Christmas trees for the ecco conscience. All the lights and baubles you might ever imagine. Merry Christmas.

Any Christmas obsessed person's happy place! Seriously, this has to be Santa's off season house.

This is a fun place to visit ONLY. Everything is so expensive and of doubtful quality (mostly cheap Chinese import).

Buyer beware. Just got home from buying a blow up santa only to find out it has to be constantly attached to a power supply. Rang the shop (Dandenong) to querie this and the manager was rude, condescending and belittling. When I told her we were bringing it back for a refund I was told that they only do that if the item is faulty even though the receipt says "change of mind exchange within 14 days". We are now stuck with an expensive useless item and an awful experience. Don't go there.

Amazing place! It's like a fabulous Christmas wonderland - so much stuff, and really helpful staff. Making all my Christmas dreams come true!

HOLY MOLY! This place is incredible! The staff are lovely, the products are incredible and the light display gives me the shivers (from my love for xmas!)
