Christmas Kingdom

Bought another Christmas village set and very happy with it. Disappointed in cost and quality of outside larger decorations so spent elsewhere on those. Indoor old world decorations very outdated and dingy looking so had to buy at another shop. Spent about $200 here and $500 elsewhere Staff were lovely but you need to trash the out of fashion decorations and keep up with Christmas interior decorating ideas please.and for goodness sake fix your online site it's January 2024 people. Will be back next October with fingers crossed

Know of no better place for Christmas decorations - though the relocation caused us some confusion.

I purchased a snowman light the day before Christmas, that was not cheap and has never worked. I've emailed several times and phoned, I've had one reply email stating that someone would be contacting me early January, but unfortunately this has not happened. I'm now seeking other options. This Is not good!

This store is unreal ️ It has such a great cheery vibe! The staff are so friendly and willing to help with anything you might need. The display's are awesome, it's a massive store with so many options. Love this time of year

Very helpful Elfs that know their stuff. Pricing is on the top end but expected at a specially shop like this. Quality products together with some cheaper bits and pieces.

This place is massive with a very wide selection of sparkly lights and ornaments and tree decorations, not to mention costumes, Santa's, dolls, all sorts of baubles and trinkets. Its quite a bit cheaper than other Christmas stores I've experienced. There's on street and a car park. The store is accessible and all the people were quite friendly and helpful in finding and explaining stuff.

Had so much fun with my granddaughter who’s 2 she loved the lights on display in the back area and danced with Santa, all products are on display and easy to look at.we went later in the afternoon when it wasn’t so busy.
The store is easy to find and has a good size car park.

I would suggest shopping here anytime except December to ensure items are in stock. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Do not buy their lights!

Our sets purchased 2 years ago and well looked after have hardened such that in trying to install them the wiring has been damaged and they are unusable. If you buy their junk, expect to get one or two years usage at best.
Pathetic.

Very disappointed with my experience this year. Almost everything sold out and the no return policy is annoying. The male staff member out back in the lights area, was no help and quite dismissive of my question about stock and a cable issue I had. The Village piece I purchased, didn't suit my other range as it had cool lighting not warm lighting, but they wouldn't allow me to return. And to top it off a rude message (pre-printed) was left on my car window about parking. (even though I parked in a proper bay). Yea, nah not going back.

This really is a winter wonderland. Worth a visit, even if you don't need decorations. It seems expensive but the quality is better than popular major retailers.

Love this place, can spend ages just admiring everything. I always find great Christmas decorations to buy
