Choices Flooring by Lamberts

Not recommended at all, no one response to emails/calls and they never get back to you. False advertising and poor customer service.

We could not be happier with our new carpet from Choices Flooring by Lamberts! Their customer service is on point. Thanks to Matt, Troy (what a machine!) and MVP Jenna for making us care about carpet! Highly recommended.

It was decided that my mother needed to get new carpet and lino and so my sister took her to the Thomastown showroom. She was so very impressed with the advice and friendly staff that she decided she would not even look at another showroom. The two gentlemen who laid the carpet and lino were lovely as well and did a great job. Mum can't stop talking about how thrilled she is. Thank you.

The guys at the Thomastown store couldn't have been more helpful when I was trying to pick floorboards. They got full length samples in for me to take home so I could see if the colour matched my house. Ordered and delivered to me extremely quick. No forceful sales people either. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience all around. Full marks to Lisa for locating the correct carpet. Many thanks to Peter, Vinnie and Snapper for their excellent work in laying the carpet and their help in moving furniture, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend this company.

Thanks to Choices Flooring by Lamberts! We got our floors (vinyl and carpet) and blinds done through these guys and the whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic and exceeded all expectations.

I honestly dont know why people are rating them so poorly. We have just finished re flooring my dads house, with impeccable customer service and excellent product. The sales lady, Jess, was able to offer us an amazing price on the carpet we chose with installation being the next week. Fantastic sevice, product and price. We have used them 5 times within our family and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and fitted into our schedule of renovating a property for sale, with us living interstate.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, workmanship, product and service all round has made them an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Starting from Matt and all his tradies, down to his apprentices, all conducted themselves in an exemplary manner with regards to removing existing floor tiles, installation of new floating bamboo flooring, finishing off and cleanup. Special mention to the two gentlemen for their patience and meticulous attention in installing the flooring.

In closing, a big thank you to Matt and all his staff for the installation of our lovely new floors, they look amazing and have transformed our house.

Gave a cut of sample carpet for a 2mx3m piece. They said they'll contact the vendors and try to find a match. 3 phone calls to them for reminder, and then 1 email. Still no response. People reading this review, please save yourself some time and inefficiency by not going to this business.

We did renovations on our house 2-3 years ago and with the help of Flooring Choices, our floors were amazing then, and still are today! I have been back twice since in regards to more flooring and every time they have gone above and beyond and out of their way to help me out! Really friendly, prompt and efficient service, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and family:)

Really odd. They came out for a measure and said that they'd have a quote for me. Didn't hear from them again.

Update: received quote, thanks. Unfortunately I could not go further as I had already engaged another company.

Useless - can't even answer a simple email. About 5 attempts so gave up -was just a yes/no question too!
Very disappointed in their customer service. WHY come out and quote and then just go quiet - strange way to run a business.

Asked for the quote for a product "a" and received a quote for a different product. Never received a reply when asked again for a quote with my floor section. Felt like they wanted to sell me something that I didn't want. I would really suggest everyone to avoid this place.

Have dealt with them 3 times always the same chasing them up never return calls or emails.still waiting for a quote that was suppose to be done over two months ago.absolutely terrible to deal with wonder how they stay in Buisness.
