We had the floors done throughout our whole house by these guys. Very competitive pricing and superb service! Communication was great, the girls in reception always found me an answer for any question, the guys that did the laying were super efficient and friendly. Can't believe how fast the whole process was, and how fantastic the outcome has been. We are so happy with our new floors, been 2 months and I still love coming home to them.

I am please to say I have now spoken with Matt and we have sorted out the issues I had. I am now satisfied that the mats will be delivered and that the house may have been left unsecured by another party and I have no way of proving otherwise. I would use Choices Flooring again but I would make sure that the communication lines stay open, so that if contact cannot be made via the store or mobile there is an alternative method of contact that is effective. I would like to add that Matt was very helpful at the consultation and I think he offered a good price for the purchase of the carpet and the installation.

Fabulous service from beginning to end. Store consultation was informative and helpful. In-home measure and quote was valuable and targeted to our needs. The crew sent to complete the works were organised, efficient, well mannered, tidy and respectful. There was not one mark on my walls or spec of concrete. They were respectful of my home and furniture! The quality of the work was remarkable. There was not one incorrect cut or gap. Had over 90ft laid, in open plan area. Will now go back for the remaining two bedrooms and study. Highly recommend. Has transformed the look of the house. Thank you!

Great product and install. Do not expect any after sales service. After a number of phone calls for a follow-up repair I am still waiting it's been now over 5 months. Thanks Thomastown choices.

Don’t expect follow up service. Despite countless emails, texts and calls by me requesting that Choices Flooring by Lamberts come back to my apartment to do a small modification job on the flooring they installed, no service has been provided. Promises were made by CFL to get back to me but months later no booking has been made. Clearly they are only in it for the big money and could care less about providing service for modifications or repairs. Very distressing and time consuming for me.

Lamberts really know their flooring, they were so easy to deal with, can definitely recommend them.

Great install of our carpet 6 months ago, all looking good around our upstairs and staircase. Good price too and we shopped around.

Poor customer service. Wade doesn't respond and doesnt have any customer service skills, i dont recommend this to anyone save time, headache and money by not choosing them.
