Very poor customer handling by David, he gave us price on a mattress and when we went to buy it he said he never gave that price and was very rude. I actually went to buy the mattress but because of his attitude I didnt buy and eventually got a better deal from somewhere else. SO THANKS DAVID FOR SAVING OUR MONEY.

Worst Matress! I was promised no sagging at the time of purchase with 3 years waranty and now I have to wake up with excruciating back pain. I tried contacting them so many times back and forth emaling for several days and i talked with David finally and he said that the matress seemed to be dirty in the picture which it is not at all. It looks good as new just had lint on the top. I am sure that lint is there after 3 months of use we covered the matress with sheets all the time. And now they are making excuses for not wanting to take back the matress.
