Chiro Care mattresses

Hi guys just wanted to let you know that my friend had such a bad experience from these guys. They delivered a mattress which was covered to hide the dirty water stain that was on the top of it. I was helping her put the bed together when we discovered the stain. Now they tell her they refuse to take any responsibility after the mattress has been delivered. Do not buy anything from these supplier chain. Lack of care after purchase is nil.

My experience with these guys has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Quick to sell you a mattress but as soon as there is an issue caused by them. They try to shift blame and take there time in dealing with it. Very poor customer service. The store I'm referring to is Thomastown. They didn't want to know. They kept telling me I will here from them in the next few days and I never did. I wont give them any stars. You just better hope that you inspect the product as its delivered, otherwise they hide behind there policy.

A super awesome place and one stop shop for all the bedroom furniture and mattress needs. The mattresses are super comfy and very reasonably priced. They are so unprofessional. I placed my order before the Christmas, the Easter is gone now but still didn’t get my beds. The customer service is disappointing.

Great guy’s they go out of there way too get what you want very good people skills and they certainly now there beds and therv’e hooked me up with a beautiful king size bed

Very bad experience! I ordered bed side tables for which I waited 2 months and I came to know after that time that the side tables came in another color!
Waited again for 3 months for the right one to come but they are still not available after a longgg wait!
Don’t order anything from then, they make false commitments!
