28Absolutely pathetic ordered at 540pm arrived at 7pm upon opening it was cold and 1 chiko roll was missing, rang immediately to notify some Chinese lady gets on phone and starts yelling we check your order you pay delivery. To which I advised I not paying delivery again, she reply ok we doing straight away now 815pm and guess what no one has turned up with my chiko roll I paid for bloody rip off I know it's only $3 but not the point.so do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else,
Great fish and chips, old style. Friendly. They told me 12 minutes and it was ready. Weekly booking for me
Love picking up my weekly fix of a piece of gummy.is so big i cant fit in a potato cake as well cause they are mega always beautifully cooked and hot and crunchy and.oh stop it i want one now.the best fish and chips in Traralgon. And yes am just going to ring thru an order cause i can taste it.
Best in town, they seem to have better tasting fish and chips compared to the other 57 fish and Chip shops. Probably because the oil is changed more regularly. My go-to F&C shop.
Ordered 2 pieces of grilled flake.
Firstly I watched it be defrosted in a dirty hand washing basin, then watched all staff handle money and retouch food without washing hands.

There are better options around Traralgon, such as hot spot.
Took over 90 minutes to deliver, the meal was cold, and they originally took it to the wrong address. Would not recommend using again.
Best fish I've had in Traralgon, chips and Dim Sims all well cooked. Can get busy so you may have a little wait but for me it's worth it.
The customer service is atrocious. They will most likely either forget a single item in your order and try to cook it once they realise, forcing you to wait while the rest of your order goes cold, or they will forget your entire order. If you're going to this store, don't make an order over the phone. That seems to be the reason they have so much trouble. Also don't order calamari rings from them because they will give you onion rings instead. I'll give them 2 stars cause at least they can cook chips. Not well but they are cooked
