Fantastic food especially the Sri Lankan hoppers. We enjoyed the hopper package which includes two sambals and chicken curry for dinner whilst we were visiting Melbourne from Sydney

One of the best places to have authentic Sri Lankan food!
We had string hoppers for our breakfast and the portions were so generous.
We were full for the whole day!
Most importantly their food is affordable and tastes divine.
Highly recommend this place to enjoy real Sri Lankan food.

This place is the Best Sri Lankan food (Gami Kema) so far our experience in Melbourne.

Quite a lot of amount for a cheap cost. Taste quite good. Really quite good for the cost and the aunt was friendly helping me to choose because its something new that I wanna try.so thumbs up！

Just had the rice and curry lunch pack. Very generous serve of rice and lamb curry with 3 x vegetables. This was very tasty and I will not hesitate to buy from the place again. This beautiful and authentic meal set me back $15. And yes it was Spicey but not a mouth burner

Went to get lunch from the place and the servings were unbelievably little. The person right in front of me was known to the restaurant, thus he was served with a lot of meat while in my case it was barely very little few pieces etc. I still remember the way the server was trying to avoid a proper piece of chicken to the rice and ended up putting very little portion regardless of the lunch pack costing as much as $13. That was terrible customer service and low value for money. Please don't only serve the known customers well and ignore the others as taking for granted etc. Speaking the reality, I came home and cooked a meat curry myself to finish the rest of the rice, what a waste of time and money!

Absolute little gem of a place to grab authentic Sri Lankan food. The lady that served me was kind and polite.

I had dinner with my family and enjoyed the most delicious lump rice we could have in Australia. The owners, Mr. Dhammika and Mrs. Vinitha warmly welcomed us and served us with the best hospitality we've ever experienced.
This is an excellent place for high quality authentic Sri Lankan food.
Highly recommend and we'll definitely visit this place again for true Sri Lankan experience.

Had a bad experience today.owner should see this.that’s why put a review.
I went to restaurant around 11: 50am bought a mix rice for a patient. I was hurry because I have to be in the hospital right time.then I asked to cashier lady (old women) to do hurry up.then she told m my card is not working.that is impossible because that’s my regular card.then I told that to lady. She reply me “ man danne eka machine eka ena eka kiwe “ like with bad sound. I don’t want to get hard words from her.she should know treat to customers very kindly.after 3-4 time swiped card to Machine I received SMS from bank.money was credited. I show SMS to her.but still her told that card is not working and didn’t give my parcel to me.then I was angry and I told her to refund my money or give my food.she took almost 20-30 min for single operation.fault is totally from restaurant side.not mine.finally she released my food.she told to me bla bla bla bla I don’t want to listen her then I left the restaurant.time is 12: 15pm.very bad service.food may be delicious but service is not satisfied.single mix fried rice pack - 920/= very small pack.

Customer service is absolutely nil. Pathetic attitude. Have some respect for customers when they call to order food. After all that's what drives the business.

Taste of Sri Lankan home cooked food.tried couple of rice dishes, which reminds me the food back home. Good location with ample roadside parking.nice humble kind staff. I forgot to carry my wallet once and they were least bothered about money; asked me to pay whenever I go there next. Respect.

My once go to place for a chicken shnitty burger is gone. Change of owners; what used to be a buttery tasty schnit was bland unseasoned strips of chicken.
That said, i might go back and try their sri lankan food, but for charcoal chicken, I’ll go elsewhere

Excellent food packs incl. Chicken and Polos, really enjoyed it! Hopefully the same prices and quality will be maintained!

I love coming here because it reminds me of sweet times in Sri Lanka. Foods are splendid and 100% recommended for those who love Sri Lankan Spicy Foods.

Hate to break the bad news, the food used to be 5/5 but with the new management the food was pretty bland.

First time back there under new owners there going to have to lift there game. Food was terrible. Sorry guys gotta be honest.

Pretty ordinary despite the good reviews. Chicken wasn’t tasty and was on the raw side near the bone. No charcoal flavour which was disappointing. Chicken souva was made from chicken meat fried on the stove rather than sliced from meat on a rotisserie and wasn’t flavorful. Service was polite but not exactly friendly. Very average. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Excellent quality products backed up by very good service. We thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burger, chicken schnitzel burger, chips and chicken dim sims. The burgers are huge - cooked fresh and taste fantastic, definitely worth the wait. Can't wait until we return, well worth a visit.

Had a chicken schnitzel burger and chips from here today for $11! Made fresh to order, the chicken schnitzel was thick and juicy, not a thin dry piece of meat that you get from other places. Slaw used was pretty normal. Burger buns were rustic and thick - not like fast food places. Huge as well. The chips were crispy and seasoned well. Overall a fantastic local business to support that has fresh and high quality ingredients.
