Chicken Natural On Charcoal

Just had a bad experience. Had to wait 30 minutes just for 3 kids chips. Not only that but my little sister went to use the toy machine and it didn’t give the toy, went to ask the man for the money back he said we were lying. Waste of my sisters pocket money! Not coming again sorry not sorry.

Food is good here and the two guys are clean and both wearing gloves but.please be careful the lady working today was picking up salad pieces like lettuce with her fingers and put it back in the salad tray. We both watched her do this and she had tongs in her hands. She also tried to grab with tongs an old piece of tomato to put into a container that had fallen outside of the salad tray. Very disappointed given she wasn’t wearing gloves and her hands looked dirty. Very poor hygiene from this young lady and she looked at me when I saw her doing this and continued.

My last 2 experiences at this place have unacceptable. Very rude Chinese man behind the counter and staff are untrained. Take a lesson from me and take your money else where.

We have been coming here for years, great food but this time a young Chinese man working at the counter behaving extremely abusive to customers.
I have never seen such poor behaviour.
Many customers walked out.
No phone orders had been recorded, and when people came in to pick up, he yelled. 40 minute wait, and during a lock down! Delays happen, but to yell at customers? !
Customer service is very important!
This man abused a disabled women because he couldn’t understand her order, completely un-acceptable behaviour!
Uber eats drivers waiting for food pick ups for over 45 minutes
If your not an owner then you need to be sacked!
Never have I seen such bad behaviour, I only hope everyone that attended tonight, shares what they experienced!

Good food but they don't have any facial expressions and can be quite cold. Plenty more potential to be had from the store.

The best charcoal chicken around this area. Always welcomed with a smile by the Sri Lankan guy only (not the young Asian he needs to work on his customer service). Would recommend for anyone wanting their chicken fix. See you guys next time. Even their chips are really good, we usually ask for extra chicken salt.

I will never recommend anyone to eat or work at this place the Asian Owner is very rude to the clientele and the staff that works there he abuses them on front of everyone.

My advise is not to Support His Business at All.

Worst place ever! I order through uber eats at 6: 15pm told it would arrive at 7pm, came half hour later. I ordered chicken, chips and 2 salads, I didn't get 1 of my salads and I didn't get chips either. I called to tell the store and got abused by the man that works there and he said he cant help me and oppose we forgot. There is definitely no Customer service anymore as these stores don't value their customer. Disgusting.

So the food is okay but when you order in advance over the phone never expect your order to be ready ever. I always call in advance 10 minutes before i get there and never once has my food been ready not even started to be prepared.what is the point of calling your order in if it’s not going to be made.terrible staff and appalling service

Good chips but called and ordered and was told to come now then was left waiting for nearly half an hour.
Then when I told them it's best just to let us know there will be a wait rather then make us wait this long we would be way more appreciative - THEY took offence!

Person working behind counter has no manners and is hard to understand wearing his mask. Food here is very average.

Mediocre joint. Chips were overstalted which isnt bad but not the most enjoyable. Fried chicken was dry like it had been sitting there for hours and in this day and age i was shocked at the 30c fee for using eftpos for $30. Definately not the woest joint ive been to but far from the best.

Chicken and chips were good if a little overpriced. The place is in a need of a good clean or the reburbish especialy the walls in the cooking area.

Been coming to this place since April last year, at least once a week.

Always Loved this place since I was in high school and even coming back after moving suburbs, mostly for the Scallop Potatoes which are the best I’ve had, seriously considering following in Plankton’s footsteps and trying to steal the formula for the recipe haha

I was served bones in my chicken souvlaki. The chicken was cold.
I asked the owner to heat the chicken, it came back to me heated in the microwave with plastic wrapped around it.
He served my chicken souvlaki in a dog bowl.

Stay well away from this place!

Their Chicken and chips are the best in the area, even after changing owners hes done well to keep the same recipe for the chicken, sometimes they run out of chicken though. They only issue i have is please ask customers if they want plain salt or chicken salt, i HATE chicken salt (MSG) PS the new asian guy serving customers need some etiquette lessions, looks like he cant be bothered being threre, as well as needing and english speaking lesson also.

My family love this place. Best local charcoal chicken and chips with a great flavour through the chicken. Lovely friendly staff. Don't change!

Worst chicken burger I’ve ever had, which was also the cheapest burger I’ve ever had so I guess that makes sense
