The tall unshaven guy with the cap on is miserable. NO greeting, NO manners and NO people skills.

Absolutely disgusting charcoal chicken, dry with no taste. The shop is filth and the customer service is as bland as the chips. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Chicken - 6/10 good seasoning but the beast was really dry. No stuffing?
Chips - 8.5/10 Great chips and good chciken salt on them, would have loved it if they were cooked a little longer.
Service with a smile - keep dreaming, the guy who served me who I suspect is the owner is miserable. Cheer up champ!

Walked in to get a quick bite. The guy serving was miserable with zero communication and customer service skills. Chicken wrap was substandard.

Foods always a hit, but the customer service isn’t the best. Go there for the food not the experience!

The best charcoal chicken around this area. Would recommend for anyone wanting their chicken fix. See you guys next time. Even their chips are really good, we usually ask for extra chicken salt.

Very poor hygiene, handling money with no use of gloves in preparing food. No customer service skills. Won’t order again. Hygiene for me is priority. Owner was rude.

One of my favourite charcoal chicken shops in Melbourne. The food is delicious, the serving size is filling, and the price is very reasonable. The service could be a bit better though. The owner needs a crash course in customer service. But, if you can look passed that, the food is on point for a charcoal chicken shop.

Food was great, and the price was reasonable. Although the customer service from the 2 staff at the time left a bit to be desired.

Appalling customer service. Rude and disrespectful towards customers. After going here for years I will not be going back ever again. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Owner is horrible. Very rude and don’t bother putting in a phone order because they only put your order through when you arrive

Poor service and an owner with a real sourpuss (unhappy, uninterested and an almost angry look on his face). He also yells out very abruptly when customers orders are ready.

Always best chips! We also discovered their fried chicken and said goodbye to KFC! It's crispy outside, juicy inside! Perfect spices, salt and pepper!
Always compliment the staff which makes them smile!

Nothing special in taste too much salty and taste same like coles or safeway charcoal chicken, just 5$ extra then woolies.not recommended

I ordered a whole chicken, veggies and chips. The chicken was cut up but when l got home the chips were missing. Went back and got free upgrade of fries. Went to open chicken and it was a one leg chicken and leg and thigh were missing. I can paid $27 for this order but seems they can’t be trusted. 2 trips, wait and sour attitude and missing pieces is not the best take away lve been to but not the worst. The chicken was moist and tasty just watch them like a hawk

Food is okay, and the price is good, but the owner is not friendly at all. Don't expect to hear Hi or any other normal things. You will face an angry man who directly asks you what you want and the price of the food.thats it

Used to be a favourite of ours for a couple of years ordered chicken and chips regularly without any issue. Seems like the place has changed ownership and sadly both the product and customer service has declined significantly.
Our last order the chicken was undercooked and the chips dry and oversalted. The initial 15 minute wait I was advised turned out to be closer to 40 minutes. Also doesn't help when the shop attendant is difficult to understand, has poor communication and practically barks at customers. Sad to the see place go downhill like this

I ended up getting food poisoning last time I ordered a family feast.

If his busy cooking and you arrive to make a order he won't acknowledge you until his completely finished what his doing. A simple "hello, one moment" would make all the difference.

He is rude with all the customers. It's like his yelling at you when he speaks, it's very unwelcoming.

If you make a phone order nothing is ready and your left waiting (previous owner had no issues taking phone orders)

The food poisoning was the last straw for me. Unfortunately I won't be back until a new owner takes over.

Everything is good, the only issue I don't like about this is the seafood salad. Mine came frozen and stuck together and tasted like it was frozen for more than two days. Absolutely depressing, not as fresh as it used to be.
