Great chicken and salads. Polite staff, good value. Pity the chicken in the rolls was reheated.

Reliable local chicken takeaway. Great chips. Range of salads. Also chicken burgers. Quick service. Reasonable prices.

Pricing doesn't make any sense. $11 for a quarter chicken and chips. $22 for half chicken and chips. But on the side quarter chicken is $6.90. So getting penalised for buying the deal when you can just add it on for cheaper?

Been there twice now for lunch chicken is extremely salty burgers are overload with sauce not happy

Ordered half chicken and chips for about 16.50. The chips were over cooked so looked brown and tasted slightly bitter and chewy. The chicken was so salty that I couldn’t even give it to my dog. Normally I got to my local chicken shop but was in the area so thought I’d give this place a try given the 4.2 avg rating and was truly disappointed.

If you close at 8 you should actually close the kitchen at 8, not be technically open at 7: 40pm but the only thing available is chips. Not even salads. This is why this area does terribly cause it's completely unreliable so we go straight up to Glenferrie instead

Would give a zero if possible. Ordered my pricey half chicken and chips, then later contemplated my life choices. The chicken was dry and the chips had the infinity stones of disappointment; being burnt, overly salty and somehow uncooked in the middle. I requested no mayo on my burger because my daughter is anaphylactic, but was shocked to find a mountain of sauce on my burger. I asked the owner for a possible replacement and he somehow made it seem like there was no sauce at all and I was the problem. This establishment makes KFC seem like a Michelin star restaurant. Would not recommend.

Always a great quick family meal that everyone enjoys. How can you go wrong with great chicken and fresh fries!

Terrible customer service, this teenage boy whom probably is in his early teens, rushed his job, and shoved my order to me, he also kept talking really loudly and quickly and was basically juggling my drink in his hand. Please serve the consequences to this person if you can identify him.

I dunno where you get off charging $15.00 bucks for a "large chips" but you might as well close down at that rate if that's what you expect your customers to pay. Allow me to also ask the question, specific individual items have (Doesn't include chips and drink), but others don't. Does that mean you get chips and drink if you order that item? You need more clarity.

First & only time customer.ordered the BFF (Big Fat Fried) Chicken Burger & some chips. The chips were great but you really don't go to a place like this for the chips (you can get pretty good chips anywhere). The BFF burger was so unbelievably SALTY (and I like salt) that I could not eat more than 2 bites before I was begging for water. I assume it was the batter? - The chips were seasoned to perfection! Pretty pricey too, I thought. What a shame!

Got the big chicken burger and the loaded potato gems, potato gems were fantastic. The chicken burger was more like a flaccid chick burger, just like maccas nothing like in the picture or expectations. And for the price I expected a plump piece of chicken not a tiny piece of underwhelming flesh.

Food was fresh but a bit pricey. We visited on a busy hot day and although we didn't wait too long, the chicken was good but the chips were under seasoned.

Honestly, I'd expect better from the owner than to criticise customers for not understanding unspoken procedures. On the phone, they take your name and you're told "ready in x minutes". Come to the shop, wait, and they're calling out names left right and centre. After waiting a looooong time patiently, ask politely how your order is progressing.get told it's your fault that you've waited twice the quoted wait time, because, you know, you're stupid for assuming they'd call out your name like everyone else's. I can forgive cold food. I can't forgive outright rudeness

Great taste and great customer service. After an error was made with one item in my order, the item was remade, and it was delicious.

THE Best Chicken! Ordered a whole chicken, chips and greek salad - yummo! Service was great, chicken was so tender and tasty, chips were crispy and the salad fresh! And the best part - the chicken and chips are gluten free! Has easily become the new local joint! Highly recommend!

This place is, quite easily, the best shop to get your anything-chicken-meal from. Their serves are generous and ultimately very yummy too. Chicken Central is my family's favourite shop! Finally, the staff here always go over and above to make sure you are happy with your meal. Overall, the best.
