Chemist Warehouse Watergardens Town Centre reviews
44It's a worst day for me to wait at the pharmacist counter for one hour at the end pharmacist came and gave me partial dispatch. Expect a professional work from educated people from a recognised organisation but the work is very much unorganised and zero communication, customer are standing in a congested shopping are for hours.to pick the med
Worst chemist, Carina was so rude. She wasn’t wearing her mask properly and was putting everyone on risk. She was abusing customers with her not funny jokes
I been a customer for over 10 years at watergardens branch, today i was disgusted and the people around me were digusted at the way i was treated, what a disgraceful bunch of people and the attitude of the actual chemist was a disgarce, even the people around me were shaking their heads in disgust, will never set foot in there again, will get my heart and gout medications elsewhere.
Gone are they days of knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy staff. Staff are completely useless at this pharmacy and most other Chemist Warehouses too, I must admit. Any time I've come to this pharmacy and need assistance with finding where a product is located or if there's stock, I have to interrupt staff members from their private conversations with each other to have them roll their eyes at each other or give me a dirty look before they reluctantly 'help'. I'll never forget the time I got hissed at for asking the older woman in the perfume section for a particular perfume which they didn't stock. Very rude.
Hi
I attended to buy pain medication, staff were aware I recently had a surgery. I stood for 10min, the place was congested and smelling of perfume (I assume being a small space with my customers, there is nothing they can do and I can’t fault them), however I felt the staff lack empathy especially for those visibly unwell/ in pain, the old and mothers with crying children. They have only 3 chairs next to a staff room, where doors are open, banged and staff spraying perfumes.
I requested for my script to go to another chemist but staff advised since it’s regulated pain killer I have to wait for 15min. The service was chaotic and the space is too small, it’s potentially a space for spreading COVID due to lack of social distancing and staff not wearing masks.
Watergardens requires a bigger chemist warehouse under new management with staff trained on customer case / empathy,
Went to this store today and not one floor staff was wearing their mask correctly. They all had it on but either their nose was showing or the was was being g worn under their chin. There were also a lot of people in the store and the door person wasn't doing a head count. And in top of that, no social distancing was encouraged. The aisles are very narrow and there is no indication on how many people are allowed in the aisles at a time. I also had to get a product off the shelf but a staff member was having a good ol' chat with their friend I'm front of what I needed to grab and they both wouldn't move out of the way when I said "excuse me". Instead I was made to wait until they finished their conversation. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
I'm concerned about anyone thinking about going to Chemist Warehouse Watergardens for their shopping. They are not following the Government regulation re coronovirus and are at risk of having an outbreak. AVOID at all cost. Had a click and collect order I picked up yesterday and was forced to sign for the order on a touchscreen using my fingers. They also refused to sanitise the screen before making me sign it. Yes I sanitised my hands before and after signing but anyone with any basic concept of the level of hygiene required to fight this virus would know to 1.have CONTACTLESS pick and 2.if touching the screen is the only way for them to get the order signed then they MUST clean thoroughly between customers. I'm a medical doctor so I knew what they were doing was breaking the regulations but general public could easily overlook it and accidentally catch/spread COVID19. I am also considering reporting the pharmacist to AHPRA for dangerous practice in current climate. All major stores have gone contactless yet they are forcing their customers to touch a screen that's been touched by so many people! Even giving us the option of signing a printout of the order with our own pen would have been better but they refused all solutions presented to them. Also the store is not maintaining social distance as the aisles are narrow and they are letting every one in rather than limiting the number of customers inside the store at a time.
I just wanted to write a review as one of the pharmacists (Yousef, not sure of the correct spelling) was extremely helpful, even though it was my mistake, he sorted it out for me, and I really appreciate it, so excellent customer service Yousef!
Horrible customer service. Got told to go to another store the other day as they were too busy to help me.
Melissa from Chemist Warehouse Watergardens was extremely helpful and had fantastic customer service skills dealing with a problem I had, a couple of weeks ago.
I can only give her a great review as she deserves, so far I've had a very positive experience at this particular chemist. From Evelyn F.
8 March 2019 Witnessed a woman with two kids being accused of stealing by security. Kids were crying really loud and just was all very surreal and out in public.
After creating an online shopping account on their website, i keep getting pop-up advertisements which i cannot close or ignore. Very annoying! I did not agree to their advertisements, notifications or newsletters. I made complaints but they are not making an effort to help me.its been few weeks now but looks like they don't know how to remove their own bug. Stay away from their website unless you want advertisement all over your devices!
Good selection of products, excellent prices, and friendly staff.
I would love to give it 4.5 Stars, but not possible. The only downside is the parking area. Very limited parking for number of customers they get.
Rude staff members. Not interested in helping at all. Rather chit chat to each other. Waste of my time. Very little parking as well. Have to park in watergardens car park and walk across.
Stood at the prescription counter for 20 mins, staff talked the whole time behind the counter, I left and got my prescription elsewhere
Always have what I need in stock. Staff are very happy and friendly. Security guard is always friendly and greets me. Carpark is limited and can be a pain. Sometimes the store is cluttered. I worry about OH&S.
PHARMACY/CHEMIST
It's almost always busy when I go there. When I need to fill prescription I go to the Sydenham Medical Centre chemist just down Melton Hwy. It's smaller but less busy.
MAIN STORE
I've been to the skin care isle a couple of times to find the nicest lady named Sandra. She was able to help me find appropriate skincare products for my skin type - so helpful!
There are limited carparks so be prepared to wait for one to become available or come when the store opens.
Doesn't even have gc tooth mousse, i wonder how many other items they don't stock compared to the website
Went to their pop up store in Watergardens looking for a perfume for my husband. My husband has a huge collection of perfumes and is very picky about the stuff that he uses. He had asked me to get him an everyday perfume for him, so I asked the staff at "beauty point by chemist warehouse" to help me out. I tried three fragrances and didn't like any. Suddenly the girl disappeared to discuss stuff with her co-workers towards the other side of the counter. She tune moved to the computer to do some work and the other lady (another CW employee) just stood on the other side of the counter ignoring me. Then I waved and called out for the staff but in vain. I did that a few times, I thought maybe they didn't hear me so I went to the other side of the counter and called then inumerable number of times. Finally the girl who was serving me before turned and said yes. I said I wasn't finished and was still looking for help. She acted surprised and came to serve me. But before she started serving she said that they were about to close in 7 minutes. Mind you she had been pulling off the whole drama since ether last 5-6 minutes so it wasn't like I visited the store last minute that I deserved such pathetic behaviour. And supposedly even if I did that the staff could have just told me to come back later as they were about to close. The behaviour was just disgusting and totally uncalled for. So disappointed.
Great location and much better than having to go into the shopping centre to get to a chemist.
Disadvantage - When it's busy it can be difficult to get a car park.
