Chemist Warehouse Southbank reviews
33Pharmacy staff are much kinder than they were before lockdown and during. I boycotted this pharmacy due to rudeness and disrespect. Im glad to see it's a much pleasant atmosphere to be in. One nuance would be the loud tv going on at the same time as loud radio and loud staff chit chatting. Id prefer just the staff chit chatting sound as the rest is very distracting especially if one is unwell.
The online system showed that we can not click and collect as temporary low stock.then i asked them to hold the perfume to pick up as lock down and we only can travel Monday to Friday with work permit.we can pass by.then online it advertising $69.99 but we paid 123 instead of by Monday.they wont even offer refund and only exchange.there is no sale ends date online.i offered payment though the phone and collect later as we not allowed to travel without valid reason during lock down.they refused.it is legal to do that?
Friendly staff; prescriptions can be filled easily and quickly.
Almost fell face first in to a huge pile of cardboard boxes that were all over the floor after tripping on packing straps left in the aisle.
Very dangerous.
Clean as you go policy for shelf stockers doesn’t clearly exist
Utterly condescending pharmacy staff. Make you feel guilty for and literally have you acquit any pickups of mental health medication. I feel sicker every time I leave the store.
NOT WELCOMING. CANNOT ‘CARRY’ MY PUPPY IN. SOME CHEMISTS ARE FRIENDLY. THIS ONE IS NOT! CATCH UP.it’s 2020.in STURT St.you are meant to be part of our community. CHAPEL ST PRAHRAN WAY WAY WAY BETTER!
Not impressed by them providing me with misleading info about state wide no stock on the cheper generic brand i have requested. End up have to buy more expensive brand of same generic brand medications.
Very reliable and helpful staff. The baby formula I was looking for were out of stock all over Melb. When I contacted southbank chemist warehouse and spoke to Violet, she advised they were out of stock too but went the extra mile by offering to call me once it's available. I didn't expect much but I was wrong- I received a phone call few days later advising of the availability! Thanks Violet & co!
It's a good pharmacy however some of the Chinese pharmacist don't understand spoken English well. Asked me to repeat my name 4 times. Parking can be an issue but you can park on back street in IGA parking. Much easier. Additionally some cashiers tend to make mistake. Check your bill.
Pharmacists make you feel like a criminal for being sick. My wife bought me 12 Sudafed from here when I had the flu, I took them EXACTLY per the instructions (4 per day) and after 3 days she went back to get some more. The Pharmacy staff said you can’t have more.my wife pointed out dose had been followed exactly AND the box says take for up to seven days.pharmacists answer ‘sorry. ’
There are excellent pharmacists on Clarendon street avoid this place and it’s horrible staff.
I came to Chemist Warehouse for some advice on treating burns. Ada, one of the pharmacists provided great advice and treatment with a smile.
Needed to speak to the pharmacist, Violet was available and super helpful with suggestions and how to use the medication. Thanks Violet:)
Poor customer service. Some of the staff don’t understand English and not even trying to look for help.
Always one nearby when you need it! Helpful staff when we were sick and urgently needed medicines
