Chemist Warehouse Pacific Werribee SC

Very bad customer service, especially at the perfume section. Tried to buy escape perfume however the lady did not co operate. Had to buy though as I was in a rush! Wish not to do shopping here again!

I come here very often for makeup, skincare products, and prescriptions. The staff are always wonderful, the service is fast, and prices are amazing!

They wasted my time sent to wrong store saying they have what you are after. I went there they said NO

Good price, good shop but low monitoring. I saw there are some people who stole some make up stuffs today and there is no one who stop that action even though security guard there and there are lots of staffs today. There is a checkpoint as well but it seems
Useless.

You may get the cheapest prices, but what do they sacrifice to make this happen? Customer Service, number of Staff Members available to assist you and in general just the welcoming, helpful atmosphere that many other local pharmacies offer.
So to sum this up, if you want cheap prices and don't give a care in the world about customer service, come here. If not and you actually want helpful staff members that actually care about their jobs? Go to any other discount pharmacy.

Extremely RUDE male pharmacist. Each time I have visited, he has created challenges and barriers to dispensing scripts. His manner is so poor & he could not seem to care less. I will no longer visit this branch.

Was in the store when the manager/owner abused a customer wanting to change something. Rude and arrogant. Treats customers like rubbish.

Worst service ever, all I wanted was a stat dec signed as my father was present and just had surgery and was told to wait 30mins it only takes two mins to sign. Very disappointed

Went there today with my partner the young girl who served us. Didn't say hello was rude wouldn't hurt to smile. Defiantly can't stand retail staff who don't smile or even give u more then "That's $$$) if u don't like people then don't work in retail.

The manager is completely rude and thinks he is a Dr. I have never been interegated so much and completely humiliated at a chemist before. He refused to give me treatment (Not a prescription) because he thought I had something else yet I insisted I had it before. Don't waste your time here. Chemist warehouse at tarneit is much better and gave me the treatment straight away.

On internet saying closed at 7pm. I arrived at 5.15pm, it's already closed. It should be edited to exact open and closing time during Christmas and New Year holidays.

It is impossible to go from one side to another at this store. This store needs to be bigger considering it is in werribee plaza and so many people come here. I gave up coming here

I had an experience similar to one of the other person post. I needed to buy an antihistamine for my wife and I was given so much grief. I was asked all these questions about what is it used for, how often does she use it, how long does a packet last her etc etc. For people who don't know it is used for hayfever and related symptoms. My wife has told me that it can sometimes make her feel drowsy but only if she takes a higher dosage. This medicine doesn't require a script from the doctor so I was puzzled when he asked for my driver's license. I had my two young kid's with me and as they started to get restless I noticed the line of people behind me giving me that pissed off look. I refused to give my license at asked to see the pharmacist on duty. After a quick discussion he apologised and gave me the medicine. As a previous post said they are not doctors and they should keep to dispensing the products that are recommended by doctors who know a little bit more than them. The Isles are so narrow can't even take a pram or trolley down them. It's a shop purely designed to sell products not customer service, which I received first hand!

So today i Sent my 22yr old daughter to this chemist to get me some painkillers as im stuck in bed with excruciating wisdom tooth pain not to mention 2 rotated hips! I asked my daughter to go here for me only to be sent away, My daughter had her identification and was sent away. The chemist (who is not a doctor) took it upon himself to only offer Nurofen advance! You have got to be kidding me!
There was absolutely no compassion, and yes im still in bed balling my eyes out in pain!
Can somebody remind these people that they are not doctors and should never be able to assume what pain someone is in! Why sell them in the first place? Especially if you need to prove youve lost a limb to get them!
Oh and she was told that she should of given them my lisence not hers? So if you find someones license, no problem, thats all the proof they need? What am i missing?
Thank you chemist warehouse for being so supportive! NOT! ! I will never shop at this store again.
And yes if i had any means of transport i would of gone to doctors.

Good range of products at reasonable prices, I feel the store setup is hazardous, very narrow aisles with no room for shopping trolleys and stacking staff.

Bought Gucci Rush fragrance from there store only to come home and open the package and the actual perfume was off, it seems they where selling old stock, I have purchased this fragrance many times before so I am very much aware of the smell, And would like people to be aware of this issue and it's a big hassle returning the fragrance as a customer, since the workers make such a issue about it. It's just a time waist for me, And I would rather visit my local Myer store next time round Atleast i am guaranteed satisfactory!

Chemist warehouse has good prices and a broad range of products. However, it is far too small in Pacific werribee. It's a nightmare of a claustrophobic person. You can't stop bumping into each other while trying to pick up your multi vitamins from one of the shelves.
