I finally got my teenage son and daughter out of the house to do some shopping today well my husband looked after our babies. We were in one of the front isle trying to talk on which perfume to get.it was packed and My son just wanted to wait outside but as I was talking to him a guy with a black tshirt and pants comes up to me mumbling you prescription is at the counter and pointing to the counter. It was about 530 in the afternoon on a Thursday. He said it again i said sorry I don't have a prescription and continued to ask my son which box of perfume do you want.he rudly interrupted me
then says to me well make your way to the counter. I was a little shocked as he knew I was shopping, I was with my son who he kept looking at, why because he's dark. Then my son said il wait outside and he walks over to my son to check our trolley by then I had enough I said you know there's nothing in there why are you being rude theres all these other people in here but you insist on picking on us because my son is black. I never seen this before but I was so mad. I then put all my stuff bk cause I ant going to buy off this store after this. Then I said you are very rude and he laughs and mumbles I'm scared. What kind of person works in a store and treats people like this and then acts so immature about it afterwards.by then I'm so upset I was wanting to ask for the manager but my kids were imbarrased and said they want to go home.so thanks to this idiote for ruining our day.hope you feel good about yourself, so ignorant. Also i understand the store is packed and that people steal and Youse would be under pressure, I've worked in retail and know the type of pressure, but it dosent give you the right to treat inasint people like how you did and you know what you were doing.ive never treated people unfairly for the way they look. Hayden is the name i was given when i called up today but cant be for sure they said. I will email to make a complaint also as this is very upsetting.

Extremely rude staff, they are not helpful, not friendly, never smile at all every time when I ask for a particular product; some of them are a bit offensive too.

Love the staff but the product is not in store you go and get what you need and the shelves are empty this has been an on going problem for a long time boxes in front of shelves not a lot of staff rostered on same as Priceline that’s not service thought customers were the number one or maybe I’ve got it wrong

I came in yesterday to buy a few things and had a very delightful experience with Amy at the register. I’ve had a few bad experiences shopping here in the past however Amy did an excellent job and was so friendly and happy that I will be coming here each time I need to now. I hope to experience the same customer service I had with her with all the other staff next time I come in!

I just went there to buy cosmetics… an Asian Chinese looking lady was there wearing mask, out loud saying customers are disgusting. It may be others not sure but aren’t we all and yourself customers. Disgusting customer service.

A decent sized store although the one on old Geelong road is bigger and better. This one was surprisingly stuffy and hot inside, although it was a crowded time of the evening it was hotter than all other stores in the shopping centre and I was happy I just did click and collect and walked out. That went smoothly and the staff member helped me get my barcode to pick up my item - I didn't bother reading the sms to see there's a link to click on.

Absolutely rip off, ostelin vitamin d3 300 tbl bottle we always bought it for 29.99$ today went to buy since Black Friday sale is on. Omg guys this people are crazy they increase the price to 36.99$ the the sales person said 10%off will be 32.99$ this is insane. Till yesterday it was 29.99$. Just in one night price jumped so much. Not recommend them at all

The female Asian cashier wear exaggerated false eyelash extensions really has her attitude. She thinks she deserves better job and doesn't pay any attention to her customers, doesn't even look at them, perhaps because her false eyelashes extensions are so heavy that she can't lift her eyelids. When I have paid the item and say “thank you” to her, Not surprisingly, she ignored it and rolled her eyes, as if to tell me that you should THANK ME and get out of here.

Chemist warehouse should pay her more to so she can afford a decent eyelash extension; so next time she can lift her eyelids to look at customers and learn some basic manners.

Your team member Harry was a legend today and literally gave the best customer service I’ve seriously ever received in my life. He helped me find some items I couldn’t locate and even went out of his way to give me some tips on how to use it. I reckon people are quick to give bad customer service but Harry from Chemist Warehouse Pacific Werribee actually made my day. Definitely going to visit this store more often.

If the product you purchase from this store is faulty, they will not refund you the money instead they will tell you to contact the supplier, what a pathetic manager this store has!

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. The manager Peter himself is so rude and arrogant in his approach towards customers and he has trained some of his staff the same way. Please learn some customer service. Otherwise plz go the Hoppers Crossing Chemist warehouse outlet and learn from them the basics of customer service. After spending $300 yesterday and receiving such bad service today, I am not going back there ever again.

Horrible, my wife was in the store today taking a photo of vitamins I asked her to buy for me. She wanted to make sure she brought the right ones so she took a photo and sent it to me and then a rude worker comes up to her having a go at her for taking a photo. Learn some customer service. Disgraceful. Never coming back.

They are not deserved to have 1 star. Don't trust what they said beat anyone price. I gave them a website to beat the price, real website, real store location. But They gave me an excuse that they couldn't contact that store so they don't beat the price.
That manager is really bad customer service. If you don't want to beat the price then take off the sign. Don't treat customer like they go there to ask for free products.
Updated: I went to these other store they accepted to beat the price straight away after they checked the website I provided.

Seriously one of the worst chemist warehouse customer care I’ve ever been too. Behind the counter they are guarding the simple packet of codral as if their life depended on it. After being rejected and made to feel like a criminal over a simple purchase of a codral packet we have someone who works there come up to us after we’re leaving say we should relax a bit more rather then take it too personally. The word RELAX is not an ideal word to choose yo customers who are leaving and are not happy with an outcome. I really don’t know what they look for in staff hiring for that particular chemist warehouse in Werribee but customer service is not applicable and it shows. What a big let down to a plaza that is built very nicely.

Tried to call 3 stores twice each. You get through to the menu, press 4 for general enquiries. The phone just rings out and then cuts off.

Their store in werribee plaza are filthy and one pharmacist is a rude and disrespectful piece of work who will not listen to the customer.
Go to priceline. You may pay a bit extra but the service and store is so much better.

Went here to pick up some medication for my mum, very friendly pharmacist and very knowledgable.

Extremely bad customer service. Asked for some help on vitamins but staff not willing to even show me options or where they are located. I asked again because I could find it. Dragged herself out of the counter finally and she had trouble finding it and she expects a customer to be able to locate them easily. Such a bad experience with this outlet.

Very irresponsible staff, lied that they don't have stock even though the lady was refilling it and plus the lady at prescription counter also lied saying they don't have stock.visited the store to return something within half an hour and the same product was on shelf. I felt the behaviour to be very irresponsible and rude.

The staff in this branch are awful. If you can't be nice to customers, it's time to change your career.

If there is negative rating I will give it. Some staff (maybe not all) are extremely arrogant and potentially racism. Refuse to talk to you more than once sentence if you show up as Asian or Indian, turned straightaway. Information provided by some staff is misleading too. Suggesting adult vitamin even i insist to ask for child version. Please visit with knowledge and do not expect any any customer service.
