Worst customer service. Not sure if they have changed owners, however the last few times I have been there the customer service has been appalling.
The chemists talk socially amongst themselves while customers waiting to be served hear private conversations and are totally ignored.
The most recent time I went to hand my script in and the script was snatched out of my hand, and not a word spoken to me. Do yourselves a favour and drive the extra 2 minutes to The Avenue for a much better experience.

After hearing some decent reviews about their mystery bags I thought I’d pick up a bag for my mother, my mother in-law and myself. Only to realise once we all opened our bags that we were given USED items. Mine and my mother in-laws bags had a couple of samples and two used bottles of perfume testers, with about two spritz left in them. My grown mothers bag also had a couple of samples and a children’s guide to oral hygiene. I felt such embarrassment and shame for giving my family bags that contained garbage and items that not only individually but with all 3 bags combined not even amounting to any value, despite all bags being $10 each. The only reason I did not come into the store to complain was purely because all proceeds were supposedly going to charity. I would have rather given my $30 straight to the organisation. However, this whole experience and act displayed by this business is disgusting, unacceptable and quite frankly shocking. I understand that the items in these bags were not going to be high end etc but I think it’s fair for me not to expect used items with my purchase. Would not recommend this joint at all, take the extra couple of minutes to travel down to the chemist warehouse down the street.

Do you guys train your staff to be absolutely as rude as possible, I'm going to start talking to them the way they talk and act towards me and see how they go

This is a horrible place. Just now at 10 Aug2023 at 5 pm went here and requested for my medication to be dispensed showing the proof of 2 repeats on my Naproxen container that was previously dispensed at this Same pharmacy. I even pleaded them that I genuinely misplaced the prescription. The pharmacists on duty were rude and very unfriendly couldn't even help with the situation. May these people please be terminated from this job as they are highly unsuitable for customer service and they are treating customers like criminals. Both the girls were of Indian appearance and are on duty now. May the management please take action against this people as I even explained my medication is urgent due to my period problems and they just gave an alternative medicine lazy to look up the system and help me with actual medication. I need an update on action taken against these two pharmacists on duty.

Always go to this chemist, it's close to home and always have someone who wants to help you. Some times you might have to wait for prescriptions but I think k you do in most places

Waited 45 minutes to find out they would not fill the prescription because they couldn't read the doctors dosage, then after 20 MORE minutes of waiting while we made them contact the Doctor, and they collect up the various medications they FRAUDULENTLY charged full price for medicines covered by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme trying to baffle us with bs "the doctor didn't authorise a discount on the medicine" my son is on a health care card and medicare, his medication and his prescription the Symbicort turbohaler IS covered by PBS.
$80 for an inhaler vs $11 is massive for a young bloke on a low income.

Had some medication delivered to me at home today.order was filled so fast and delivered to me in under an hour.great customer service, thank you.

Not sure why they are open? They have supply or IT issues mostly and asks you to go another chemist warehouse. If you can’t manage and run the store let someone else provide a better service. ZERO STARS SERVICE

Went there before work this week and got a script didn't think anything of it but found out today it's the wrong dose! Wondering why I've been feeling weird! NEVER VISIT THIS STORE!

Tried to contact this chemist from 9AM till 8PM, 12 phone calls at different time of the day, completely no answer. Something could be easily resolved by the phone (script fill issue), bit disappointed

You expect the click and collect delivery to be ready for pick up by end of day so I don't have to browse during work break. Instead I wasted my time (break), petrol. Click and collect is a hit or miss. You might as well drive and buy items at the counter, then waiting for it to be ready the next day.

Dont ever go to this Pharmacy. If you buy anything from here make sure you open the box before checkout to make sure the product is not missing. I recently had the same experience and when I returned the Pharmacist refused to exchange the box. Pathetic Customer experience.

Absolutely appalling! Rude pharmacist who refuse to fill scripts faxed and emailed from a well known Psychiatrist. Medication I have had before. I can’t believe they are able to get away with being so incredibly incompetent and rude and manage to lose repeats to mediation all the time. Never go there!

I’ve been trying to call the store on and off for the past two days and no one has given me the courtesy of even answering the. The one person I did answer the phone transferred me to fragrances and no one picked up after 20 minutes.

This pharmacy is a disgrace after making me wait 40 minutes for my prescription because my doctor had change the date with his signature The pharmacist spoke to my doctor and he said to dispense my medication when I got in the car I realised the pharmacist had given me somebody else’s medication end somebody else’s repeat and this is a drug of dependency. Then she questioned me about paying for the medication which I had and then told me I’m not welcome back in the pharmacy. It is absolutely disgusting to give somebody a prescription of dependency with somebody else’s name on it.

Absolutely disgusting. Went in and asked about the Rapid Test and barely received an answer. I then asked if and when they were expecting more in and again another muted answer. We really are scraping the bottom of the barrel here.
