Chemist Warehouse Epping

Called to speak to a pharmacist to ask question for sick 1year old, as soon as i told her my daughter is sick she hang up on me! So rude and disrespectful!

So much cheaper from other chemists but staff needs more training on their products some people are looking for advice and not just to buy whats on the shelf.

Allow delivery vans to use handicap carparks and staff stand talking to them so they dont leave quickly

I went here to get prescription medicines, while waiting for them to be dispenced I picked up some over the counter medicines, I was also holding an Aldi bag. When paying for the medicines, the person at the counter suspicously started putting the medicines into my bag one by one even before my paypass transaction completed. Once I paid and was about to leave, then came another person from behind and started questioning the person at counter whether my bag was checked. After asking few times decided to ask me my bag and checked the bag. After realising it was all good then handed over me my bag and said thank you. I understand that these stores are legally entitled to check the customers bags but they should not do it in a way by insulting their customers.

The worst part about chemist warehouse in Epping is the selfish BINGO PLAYERS! Parking in the few spaces they have! Once you do get inside service is excellent!

Don't go here to get scripts filled. I don't go here often but sometimes it has to be a last resort. Everytime I go here, there is always a problem when getting my scripts filled. They always question the milligrams (for example) of the antibiotic that has been prescribed to be by doctor, if they think they're right they will argue it with you. I will never go back here again to get a script filled after my last recent experience today. I don't have problems anywhere else. Regardless of what the script says on it, my doctor has given me that dosage, that frame time for a reason, everyone is different and they just always question, even scribble things out if they think they are right over the doctor. One of the pharmacists was extrmeley rude, quoting "tell me where it says 100mgs". Never will I go back.

I mean it does have practically everything you'll find in other stores, it's just cramped and dingy

Staff are usually friendly. They extended it recently so it's got a larger variety now. The chemist part gets busy on the weekends but they give you the option of coming back rather than having to wait.

Chemist Warehouse always seems to have the lowest price and I never walk out empty handed. Store was clean and helpful staff.
