Chemist Warehouse Epping reviews
29 I came in wanting to do a simple exchange on nappies, as the ones I purchased were the wrong size. I had my receipt, the box of nappies were unopened, and I was in the 7 days of return/exchange which is apart of Chemist Warehouse's policy.
The staff at the front came up with every excuse as to not do the swap:
- "It's not in the 7 days"
- "You have to go back to the store it was purchased"
- "It will change the stock level on the other store"
It was disappointing to see how little care they put into the job and couldn't be accommodating at all.
Having read Chemist Warehouse's policy, there's nowhere in it that states that you have to 'return to the store and item was purchased'.
Don't spend your money here. Go to a different Chemist Warehouse if you can.
The pharmacists that currently work here are extremely rude although they do seem to have a high turnover of staff.
Went to the place yesterday afternoon. Customer service is worse at front desk, the young slim girl is soo rude. She doesn’t have any manners how to talk with customers even am talking with other girl but she start talking in between. Worse customer service I had. Management should need to teach them how to talk with customers.
This has been our go to chemist warehouse since we moved to the area a few yrs ago. It's purely due to the pharmacist (Kiro I think) not sure about his name as my husband deals with him. He explains all meds prior to giving them and if they're out of stock he checks other stores with out us having to ask. Cashiers are attentive and don't have you waiting too long before serving if they're not at the desk aka Stocking the make up shelf near by.
Better than chemist warehouse pacific plaza by a million!
THIRD CLASS SERVICE!
I live in the same vicinity so I’m a regular customer. This place is always short staffed. The girl with a nose ring deliberately makes your order go slow and her attitude usually stinks. Cleanliness of this place is a question mark. Most Staff members have attitude and rude behavior except few.
Says they close at 9 but decide to make their own hours and it’s 6: 30 and already closed… maybe update your hours if you don’t want to stay open for your listed hours… not that hard…
Extremely bad experience. I bought Swisse fish oil and there was worms inside. When I asked them to return, they refuse to do so.
I put the pictures for your reference.
The pharmacist Kirrulus Ebrahim is rude and arrogant.
When I went to buy the same insulin syringes I’ve been buying for over 3 years I was told “we do not sell them” and “no chemist warehouse sells them”. I stated this is not true as I buy them from my regular store at South Morang and Bundoora without issue. The box was sitting right there on the shelf but he refused to sell them without a national diabetic card.
The conversation went round in circles as I asked for reasoning and explained that they were the only chemist locally who had stock. I even suggested calling my usual pharmacist to confirm and yet he continued to refuse repeating the same sentence over and over and walking away. When I asked him to move back down to the counter as I’m partially deaf and could not hear him he refused.
Eventually I was in tears from his refusal and rudeness. Without these syringes I cannot give my pet her insulin. Finally a phone call was made, to whom I do not know, and he came back and said he could sell them. I said why was all the rudeness and upset necessary then and that I was beyond confused as to why I had been treated in such an ill manner. At this point he threatened to call the police on me! I requested his name as I wished to speak with head office about the matter only for him to yell at me that I was making a scene and making everyone here uncomfortable and that he was calling the police.
At that point I left given there was clearly no reasoning with such an awful person. I spoke with my local store directly who even offered to call him and explain to him that it’s perfectly fine to sell them but I declined as there was no way I was stepping foot in that store nor dealing with such a horrible person ever again.
Learn some manners!
All your health and beauty needs & prescriptions in the 1 place. You can order online for delivery or even click and collect. Friendly helpful staff and chemists in the pharmacy. Conveniantly located at Dalton Village near some take away shops and Aldi supermarket. Plenty of parking space available.
It would be good if the QR code worked. Had to use a community pen to fill out details. Eletronic scripts dont work here unless you walk back to front of store for each script. I guess wifi extender and therefor customer service not high on their list.shame though pharmacist is very good
The staff are very helpful, I had an issue with one of my purchases and they sorted it out in a very friendly and professional manner. Great service
Its been a while since i handed over my prescription, and they are having a conversation (which i can hear) about their kids while i am waiting for my medicine.
I can see 3 pharmacist r working but they are not doing their job.
It is my 3rd time having the same issue with this pharmacy.
Absolute Disgusting Service Manager has a Ego no manners what so ever DO NOT EVER use this so called Chemist Scum of the earth
Good luck getting your scripts in under 30 mins.
I have been like 5 times where it isn't even busy and it has taken 30 mins to dispense scripts. It would be quicker to drive a suburb over and get my stuff from there.
I went to buy this specific prescription product. I was told it's out of stock (On a Sunday) and they'll order it for me the next day. As i was told by my GP to use it in tandem with another medication i asked them if they could check in the other close by Chemist Warehouse locations for availability. The person i spoke to (I know the name) came back in about 30 seconds and told me it's out of stock in ALL nearby locations and Mernda MIGHT have it. I said it was ok and left the store.
While in the car park, I thought I'll ring the High street, Chemist warehouse just in case. Upon ringing, i was told they have it in stock and nobody from another store rang to check for availability. I went and purchased the products i was after. When i checked the pharmacist at the High street location, they told me, they have quite a few of the items in stock.
## Make up your mind by just putting two & two together!
Very bad customer service!
Staff are quiet helpful but should not push their choice of product on the customer if customer has a particular product their after.
A disgraceful chemist customer service Jon existant.pharmacist was rude and unhelpful.would not sell me thrush tablets for my wife. What a dog actually thumbs down.
This is one of the best Chemist warehouse stores I have been to. Went in Monday night, female chemist was amazing and provided better insight of the condition than the doctor did and took the time to help me with products and advice. Will definitely recommend, only negative is the size of the place.
This is a disgusting cluttered and dirty store lazy staff.i feel council needs to be notified as the clutter in the Isles is a safety OH&S breach
The worst chemist warehouse I have been to. Small is over cramped and very hard to move around. At the prescription area, I could barely understand the staff, they dispensed generic brand and I did not consent to this. The old lady was at the register was extremely rude, bc I didn't queue up exactly where the foot prints on the floor were, plus she majorly stuffed up the persons order prior to serving me. Won't be going back here. Would give zero stars if I could.
