This chemist never puts their sale labels on products and then realise when im on the website they were on sale which is frustrating when you have to go back

Buyer beware: Chemist Warehouse refused me exchange of a product because I bought the wrong thing an took it out of the store. They claimed it was because of COVID-19. They tested my temperature when I entered the store so they knew I didn't have it. I only left and was in my car when I saw my mistake. They wouldn't accept any reasoning. I got a blanket no from the manager of the store even though she touched the box. This is what the are doing now. So be very careful when making your purchase.

If I could rate them no stars I would.

I arrived 11 minutes prior to closing, as I approached the front door the security looked at me before locking the door and turning their open sign over to closed. There were still customers inside shopping and they are not supposed to close until 6. Had I not of just spent to last 2 hours at my doctors receiving bad news, I would have ensured to go earlier however instead was refused medical care during business hours because your staff felt like finishing early. Disgusting.

Rudest people i have ever come across, i asked for help twice to find something after waiting 20 minutes to be seen, then she said they should be at the front, wasnt friendly at all no smile nothing and i still needed help so i asked someone else for help,
then at the cash register the person was rude no hello or bye no smile im thinking what on earth is wrong with the people here, and then i smiled at the security guard and said thank you, cya, and he just looked at me and said nothing, he may as well have been those cut out cardboard shaped people, if i could leave 0 stars I would! Cya, never again will I come there.

Delightful and very energetic staff. It’s a very busy store and the team here manage the load professionally. Also, they stock all items listed on website.

Have been waiting over 30min for a simple script, still waiting despite being told it would only take 10min to fill. It’s a Wednesday at 2pm - not that busy

Shocking service get your scripts somewhere else I have been going here for years but it has been declining over the last 6 months to the point I’m going elsewhere.

Visited today to obtain new medication for back pain. Erini in the dispensary was very helpful. She took the time to explain thoroughly to me what to expect with the new medication and when to take it. She took a genuine interest in my concerns and made me feel at ease. I find Chemist Warehouse Campbellfield generally very friendly and helpful, and access is easy with plenty of parking. Five stars from me, guys! Keep up the great work.

Erini, the pharmacist is very helpful and she always goes out of her way to help with my inquiry. CWH Campbellfield are my go to for medical or daily needs.

Campbellfield Chemist Warehouse. It's a big store. I always shop there. But tonight, the "so called security guard" was untrained. He did not know what he was doing. I was reading the ingredients of a moisturiser because I have sensitive skin. I put the moisturiser next to me on the shelf which I was going to buy. He came around arrogantly and snatched it from the shelf. When I asked him what he was doing, he couldn't answer properly. He then said he was going to put the moisturiser back on the shelf. I told him I was going to buy it and he argued with me. As a security guard he shouldn't argue with customers. Fixing shelves is not a security guard's job. He is supposed to be watching and greeting people at the entry. I spoke to a staff member and explained to her what he did as it wasn't appropriate. If I can't shop nice and relaxed without a security guard above my head. Another staff member came around whilst I was talking to the other staff member. She apologised on his behalf and I did not accept it. She was starting to become aggressive while still apologising. I then said I will speak to the Chemist Warehouse Head Office. I don't think I will go back there again. No way. P. S. I explained to the staff member security procedures and she agreed with me. Bye bye Chemist Warehouse Campbellfield.

As i have taken before and purchased from there before went to another local chemist who accommodated me especially my Nausea tablets which I really needed will never go back again

Terrible customer service. The wait for prescriptions is outrageous and the staff couldn’t care less. Pay an extra $1 to not waste half an hour of your life and go to another pharmacy.

The service is usually okay. Today however? It was an absolutely ridiculous experience.
I was very clearly sick with a cold and covering my face to avoid making others ill, needing to get Coldral 12 hour (no script needed, just an ID check). I was waiting 15 minutes, a man who was there waiting before me got up and complained that other people that came after him had been served first. After the man got his script back and left to go to a different pharmacy they actually LAUGHED IT OFF.
Your pharmacists did the wrong thing and made a mistake and instead of remedying the situation they bloody laugh at the misfortune of others?
I went up and immediately complained, and enquired where mine was as someone with a cold asking for cold medicine should be a priority for the sake of not spreading the contagion, it turns out it was done a while back but instead of calling out my name they had put it down and forgotten about it (they actually told me this with a fake apology and smile).
Unbelievable.
How dare your pharmacists treat people this way? I won't be back.
The pharmacists working at around 1pm Sunday 13th May should have a warning put on their records.

The best Chemist Warehouse I've ever visited. We were greeted warmly by a staff member and he was really willing to help us. There is enough staff available to assist you if you need any help while browsing through the isles. Plenty of parking available right in front of this store.

I was amongst the 2 people waiting for my script to be dispense. I have no idea why a) customer service must be a thing of the past and b) do I really have to wait 35min for a simple 1 item script. This is why so many retailers are shutting shop and like me will opt for the online convenience. A real let down for a major retailer.

For the first time in my lifetime I bought something from them and when I went to exchange it within two hours they said they can’t return it because it’s been two hours and they don’t know how I kept the product

Most staff are rude and arrogant, the asian pharmacist with glasses and bolding and a lot of Gel is particularly rude arrogant and intolerable I can't believe this guy is still here with the way you treat customers and talk down to them he has no patience whatsoever for people who do not understand. Avoid going here if you can!

Very friendly staff, huge warehouse but still a homely feel. Cheap prescriptions and products as always.
