Chemist Warehouse Campbellfield

To the stranger 26-may 23 on Friday night who kindly paid for my items with out me knowing, I was so surprised. Thank you but you didn't have to do that, charming young man. #To the Security guard you rock, you always help me getting items from a high shelfs where I couldn't rich great customer service.

I went to Chemist Warehouse Campbellfield today 30/10/23 around 12noon- 1pm and asked this Middle Eastern Lady who was very RUDE and RACIST. Asked her if she could show me the aisle for Kids PENTAVITE multivitamins liquid. She took me to 3 different aisle and showing me different mutivitamins She works there and doesn’t know where her items are located. Then asked me to show my phone and the photo. I dont need to show a photo because I said the name of the multivitamins.
Obviously she’s not there to work. She’s there to mock people who are physically ill and to buy medication for my daughter.
Then we gave prescription at the chemist and wait for 25mins.while waiting we had to go to toilet and I had to leave my trolley basket to an older man who was at the cashier, very helpful to tell us where a nearby toilet is as my daughter is sick and needs to go to toilet. When we got back to pick up the medication from chemist and pay it at the cashier, this same rude lady started to complain when I said, We would like to pay this medication and the trolley basket I left to a guy earlier, showed her were it was and started to COMPLAIN- This lady said “OH I HAVE TO DO EXTRA JOB FOR YOU! ” in a sarcastic way… asked me to put the basket back after paying and I told her SURE will do. When I asked her to hand me the basket, Then she tells me off next time not to leave the basket there. She is definitely Lunatic as she doesnt know her job at chemist warehouse. She’s not the madam to be telling off costumers, we were polite and just getting medication for my daughter having fever. She should not work there as people going to chemist needs something for health not something to be mock around. Dont be racist… You signed up to work there you should learn the values of costumer service. Be smart to know the location of your products.

Rude staff at registers.no excuse for it. If you don't like your job, maybe consider quitting. Date of experience 8th May 2023 @approx 3.30pm

Short of staff and instead of the security guard at the door hire someone who can work at the perfume section and assist customers

Disgusting staff and customer service especially the girl working on the 2/3/2023 at 7pm.was extremely rude and arrogant! I will be taking this further.

The asian lady didn’t take into account that I wanted to get a women perfume (showed her a photo of the exact one I wanted) then proceeds to force me to get a male version of it instead went back to return it the next day people behind counter said I’ve broken the seal even tho it was sold to me with a tear in it and it put backwards in the box the really nice old Indian man helped to solve the mistake after the counter staff were refusing to take it

Hi guys, just wanted to bring to your notice an incident of refusal to service. I had been to chemist warehouse Campbellfield at 8: 30 am. I had to get just document attested which takes less than a minute. Apparently there’s only one pharmacist available. And she tells me to go the one in coburg, which is 20 minutes away. Pathetic service. I told her repeatedly that I’m coming from a 14 hour shift and that I need the document to send for a police clearance but the pharmacist here just has no humanity. What a disgrace. Happy to say, I’m never ever in my life coming again to this pharmacy. In future, I’d rather drive 20 minutes to a pharmacy where I know for a fact that even if they have only one pharmacy and they are extremely busy, they never refuse. Thanks but no thanks Chemist warehouse Campbellfield. Shame on your pharmacist.

CAMPBELLFIELD STORE - WHY IS THERE A HUGE SIGN NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR WHICH STATES YOUR STORE IS OPEN UNTIL 9PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY IF YOU ACTUALLY CLOSE AT 6PM? STOP WASTING MY TIME EXPECTING YOU TO BE OPEN WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE OPEN AND BE BOTHERED TO CHANGE THE SIGN. ITS NOT BRAIN SURGERY. NEVER AGAIN.

Really pleased with the way Sumeyye (Pharmacist) served us. She was very professional and caring towards my parents.

This is my Chemist Warehouse loacation in Cambelfield and always had pleasant experience. However I called on the phone and just need to note the the tremendous help that Sumeyye (Chemist) from Campbellfield Chemist Warehouse was on the phone. She was very patient and polite and helped me through the installation of the Chemist Warehouse App, load my eScripts and place the order. What a wonderful human being. Thank you

Excellent help, i walked in only needing advice and help to find a decent product for extremely painful dry, cracked hands due to to much after market sanitizers. The lady was straight to the point after assessing me, she gave me the recommended product and with in three days of doing exactly what she said my skin has healed perfectly. Best advice, and got change out of ten dollars, cannot thank you enough. Kind Regards.

Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me while waiting to pick up a script. This is common practice here. I had to approach them even though I was only a few feet away from them. Its really sad that they do not even know basic customer service skill especially when there are 4 working behind the counter. The nicest person is the security guard as you enter and leave. He always smiles or nods. Learn some skills and acknowledge your customers rather than ignoring them. Then we would not mind waiting.

I could give this store zero star. Worst customer service, I went today at 7: 45 pm. I had very bad customer service experience with old female staff. Even she doesn’t know the store policy. She was miss guiding and not assisting customer.

Very long waiting, I have been waiting almost an hour to get my prescription medication. They run this big store with only one pharmacist. Very bad customer service.

Staff doesn’t have costumer service skills. The worst and rude staff members with no knowledge and too slow.
Chemist warehouse claims that the click & collect order will be ready in 2 or 4 hours but with this store it can take even few days

Please do not buy protein shakes from here if you don't like it if its too sweet or bitter or not acceptable quality they won't help you, spoke to the manager and she said taste is a personal preference.
Bought INC casein from here loaded with artificial sweetener won't return. Overall store is good with good variety of items.

Great service very helpful great knowledge of what tablet does not go well with other medications best service I have had

Very rude staff.
Closes to even the urgent customer with prescription without mercy 10 minutes before the published time.
Better mention closing time as last customer will be let in 15 minutes early to 6.
Pathetic and rude.

Click and collect orders are always done quickly and the staff are so friendly and helpful. A+!

Easy in and out for perfume purchase which is near the front of the shop. Lovely employee came over and offered hand wipes to grandkids who had been crawling on the floor. Above and beyond normal service and greatly appreciated by a harried grandma
