Chemist Warehouse Brunswick South reviews
48 Absolutely appalling customer service and mismanagement. A lack of clear communication between staff members and poor customer information management lead to scripts for my lifesaving medication being lost.
The head pharmacist, Bassem proved himself to be wildly rude, confrontational and not understanding of the severity of the situation.
The staff are always really nice and helpful, which is a lifesaver when I'm on a mission from the Mrs!
Refused return of a clearly faulty electrical appliance purchased from another store. Terrible customer service, which I see is a common theme amongst other reviews. Avoid.
Appalling customer service from the pharmacists. Have spent hundreds of dollars here but they will never see another cent of mine. Shop at priceline instead.it's on the other end of the center.
Consistently very poor customer service, and rude chemist, they are not happy when it gets busy
The Chemist was incredibly rude with little to no customer service. I am 9 months pregnant and accidentally dropped a jar of cream which he begrudgingly picked up. When I exited the shop I realised the jar was broken. I went back into the shop to get a new one (which I was happy to pay for). Instead of being helpful he was rudely yelled out ‘you dropped it’ infront of the rest of the customers. It didn’t matter that I had just spent in order of $100 at his store! I paid for the new jar and was helped by a lovely young store assistant. However I will take my business to Priceline in the future where I have experienced much better customer service, where loyal custom is appreciated.
The staff are friendly and know where to find things in the very packed aisles. Other chains must be making a mint, considering how cheap prescriptions are from this shop.
Easily best chemist in the area. Recently left an item on the counter after paying, returned next day and the lovely lady (Zana?) serving was really helpful getting it back. This tired mum appreciated it!
