I’ve found the pharmacists here to be helpful and kind. The challenge of a large chain means less patient-centred consistency, but more affordable prices on some items - so I pick and choose which items I get dispensed there or at my lovely local pharmacy.

Just consistently the absolute worst. Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants constantly operating outside the law and attempting to lie to unwell and disabled customers regarding their rights. Vile.

I really wish I got the staff members name, but I asked for help with some vitamins and got some really helpful recommendations and information. Lovely staff member.

Filthy dirty disorganised place with price tags, rubbish and ciggie butts on the floor. Place hasn't been vacuumed or mopped in God knows how long. Listless staff aren't friendly or interested. I saw one staff member put products on the filthy floor before putting it on the shelf. Boxes stacked willy nilly. Products disorganised on the shelf. Like visiting a rubbish tip really. The only reason to go here is when they have half price stuff on special. Chemist warehouse is otherwise the garbage bin of pharmacies

3 stars only because they are definitely the cheapest around brunny for pharmaceuticals and health items

however they really need more pharmacists in this busy store.it’s always at least a 20-30 minute wait, and the pharmacists rush and make multiple mistakes.i really hope to see some improvement in the future

Extremely RUDE and unprofessional pharmacists. Left waiting for ages during a quiet period - when I asked how much longer it would be, the pharmacist was very RUDE. Don’t come to this pharmacy.

Had the loveliest conversation with Ally. They were so helpful and sweet not to mention they showed their aisle’s they work in. I could see the pride and attention to stock presentation!

The previous few times I’ve been to this chemist warehouse have been dreadful. They always appear to be EXTREMELY understaffed and the staff they do have are NOT helpful at all. The other day I was looking for diapers for my little sister and the baby sections is completely unorganised so when I asked one of the employees for help I was surprised that they DISREGARD me completely. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a guy trying to buy baby products but safe to say the customer service was NOT up to scratch

It was not this bad before but this particular afternoon they were so neglectful. I waited for 45 mins for a script and I had to ask for it in the end. They didn’t call my name. How did I know? Because I was standing there the whole time. And all they did was offered insincere sorry and rolled their eyes. The pharmacist did not explain about the medication! Stellar service! We will not come back.

Yesterday afternoon I experienced the best customer service I've ever experienced at a chemist. The lady serving me, Mila was very accommodating to my needs and spend some time with me discussing supplements i was interested in. If i could giver her 10 stars I would.

I didn't find them very friendly here. You are just a number. Still they will help you in store if you ask for it. The place is so large I can't ever find a thing even with my glasses on, takes ages. You may need to take a portable dunnie with you as you need to wait some times in the queue and by the time they find you what you want nature may call in the mean time.

Being told your script is going to take 15 minutes is enough of a shock.actually having to wait 30 minutes is infuriating.

Never waited so long for a script before easily 30 mins and I was pretty much the only person there.got asked so many questions by like 3 different pharmacists for regular scripts that I get all the time. All staff seemed confused for some reason. Also i usually get my medications put in a little paper bag that helps keep things private and all together for when I go up to the counter to pay. Though they didn't do that:/ I hope they bring it back

Staff/pharmacists are always extremely helpful here. I highly recommend this Chemist Warehouse, you won’t be disappointed.

Bought some skincare that I wanted at discounted prices. Lovely! Some of them cannot be found in Singapore stores, even if they do carry them, it is quite expensive. Happy with my skincare haul!

It's pothetic that it takes a whole 24 hrs to order my script on line. What is the point of having this order app! Your pharmacy needs to look into their customer priority and get customer service treatment to customers
It's appalling such delay and I will be making a complaint to the owner! Disgusting service. Put on more pharmacies to add to your workload demand. Pothetic service to say the least. Will be moving pharmacies for better response and treatment time!

The Asian pharmacy staff seem to have no concept of customer service. I dealt with another gentleman earlier in the week, who went out of his way to assist when he couldn't find my perscription. The pharmacy staff today were completely useless and had no concept of decency or compassion for what I had to say. Very sad that people like this are allowed to deal with the public, they should be behind the scenes until they learn some common decent customer service skills.

Didnt bother calling my name and left me waiting 40 minutes for a prescription even though there was no one else there.

The chemist working today really need to work on how she talks to customers, getting angry at someone that dose not understand what your explaining is very unprofessional

Great CWH. Renovations look nice. Counters both at the front and back next to the dispensary. Clean shop, shelves are well stocked. Got seen pretty quickly by a pharmacist and medication was dispensed after a 10min wait. A bit unhappy because I wasn’t asked if I wanted the generic and ended up getting brand name (which I never get). Checkout lady at the front was kind but there was a heavy stench of smoke coming from the counter which wasn’t the best.
