Bought a product and it doesn’t work as it should and next day went to exchange or return
she said we can’t do because of panademic, we are not doing any returns and refunds
please talk to our head office for more information
Lol never had any issues in past with any stores all over Australia
This store needs new staff

Michelle provided excellent over the phone service which I was so grateful for.
I have been bed ridden due to illness and am so relieved to be able to get scripts delivered to my home next day.

Bad customer service, very narrow isles with ladders in most of the isles anytime you visit them. This Chemist is cheap but they do not do returns although they are happy to take your money.

He is always so attentive and willing to help all customers.

50% off scripts compared to others, yeah, yeah, sure, whatever. Then it actually happened! I only have a small sample size of one, but my $11 script somewhere else was $5.50 here! Thanks really should go to the Australian government for having a single payer healthcare system and the pharmaceutical benefits scheme. We really take this stuff for granted but try finding reasonably priced medication in the USA - not possible under their system where drug companies have all the power. Five stars to the government. Four stars to this Chemist Warehouse store for bringing some decent competition into the anticompetitive pharmacy sector. My pills taste all the sweeter for it.

They have three registers but only two are in use. The guy who stands at the door as the greeter should be put behind a register so we don't have to wait so long. And for God's sake get some new eftpos machines. They're so old and take multiple attempts to tap before it works.

Amazing customer service. Helpful enthusiastic staff. Huge variety of cosmetics and all pharmacy products. One stop shop. Excellent location

Just went in for one product exchange. It is unopen item not purchase. Purchased within 1 month no receipt but credit card transaction evidence held, firstly this Carly girl told me to show the transaction then I did. When I showed her my screenshots with fairly big picture she yelled at me “where am I looking” I tried to enlarge for her as I thought she has bad sights but she didn’t bother checking it but yelled at me again “which date what time “while shaking her head. After I told her the date and she said it is almost one month and no vitamins can get exchanged for that long. She said that is the policy which I suddenly saw a small postie on top their cashier while she was trying to find the policy herself. I shut up and left even if not sure if it is legal to show something so small posties. The key is that staff’s attitude is very rude and ridiculous. I can accept non-exchange as it is only $15 but you have no reason to yell at your customer. I went to Pharmacy 4 less to buy what I wish to exchange at the first place. The staff there is so lovely as I told her my doc wishes me to have items including non iron and she is so polite and helpful to get what I want. I give two stars as in general staff especially pharmacist in this CW are good and willing to help but today’s experience ruins all.
Also guys make sure you read their small piece of policy before you buy anything or buy it somewhere else as they are not the only one there.

Wouldn't even rate this hole 1 star, terrible customer service and false advertising labels. Manager then was horrid and should not be employed there. As a loyal local I will be telling all my neighbours not to shop here particularly as there are 3 other wonderful chemists in the same street with great service.

Staff are generally very good to deal with.
There is however one pharmacist who takes a very long time dispensing a script, serving other customers at the same time. I have even left the pharmacy to do some other shopping in the meantime.

Exceptional Service from Adrian? Front counter staff member, above and beyond attention to care and detail, lessons could be learnt by many in this realm from this gentleman. Very satisfied and now a new loyal and dedicated customer to this store!

Have compared a few prices with the nearby Coles and Chemist Warehouse is always cheaper. I'll always try and get my toiletries from here

Got everything you might need. Scripts are always cheaper here along with other general vitamins etc.
