Chemist Warehouse Balaclava

Pharmacists need re training in how to handle old people, coming from a young person i have often seen them get passive aggressive with the elderly. I go there at least once a week and the security guards are absolute legends, always friendly and give a good sense of help!

I tried to get a test container from them today but they had none in stock and it was very annoying cos it was late in the evening. They should enaure that they have some of all of their products available as it is good for business.

Cashier was too slow.

This is a demanding, busy store, and the staff (especially the dispensing staff) remain calm, professional and friendly, even at times of pressure. Please keep up the good work!

Racist staff, extremely cramped up pharmacy. I was looking at a few products and the staff kept hovering around me even when I required no assistance. When I proceeded to pay and leave I was stopped by the security and asked to show my bag, no other customer (they were obviously white) in the store was asked the same when they were leaving. He checked the bag and didn’t even apologise. Racist staff and security.

One of the most rudest pharmacist ANDREW, that I have ever encountered. Condescending, arrogant and down right rude. Simple error in hearing a name similar to mine resulted in a lecture followed by giggles by both Andrew and one of his female (Asian) colleague. These “staff” members are damaging your brand. A course in customer service is badly need for these individuals.

Great staff, good prices and the pharmacists are so nice and knowledgeable. Never takes more than few mins to have a script filled.

Security was overly investigative and we’re asked to count items repetitively for no reason even after being very compliant. Staff were great but need to review who they place on security!

A lot of stock packed into a small store, so there's a huge range to choose from, which is great. The downside of this is that the aisles are far too narrow. You're either trapped or inconveniencing someone else. When I'm there with my son in his pram, it takes up the entire aisle and I either have to back out or the poor person opposite me has to exit via the other direction.

Bought a few things from this store yesterday, Next day checked my shopping bags and Had a missing Item. Never leave this store without a receipt and check you have all your things as it seems some staff have sticky fingers.

Can you update your trading times I just drove 45 minutes after work to come collect my prescription and it says you’re open online

Staff are alright and selection is good but I have the same complaint as a lot of other reviewers.the aisles are way too narrow and it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I have lost count of the times, over the years, that I have walked in here and then decided to go to either another pharmacy or a supermarket to get my items, simply because I saw there were a few others in the aisle, you really have to push past or worry about knocking everything off the shelf everytime you pass someone.

Rude staff no any respect for customers, just bought some prescribed medicine and some other things girl on the counter was so rude, normally they ask if you need a bag or not but she didn't ask and put my 3 things in the bag which i can carry in my hand and when i said I don't need a bag she just dropped everything on the counter and half of the things on the floor and didn't even bother to pick it up for me, feel so disrespectful front of all other customers, just started my day with this kind of people, i can argue with her but just didn't wanna make a scene but management should be taking care of this

A mini sot1 store but has a good range of products like beauty products and they are doing covid vaccine just need to call and make an appointment.found them to all very helpful and prices are very reasonable so if you ever need a quick pick up and go Chemist Warehouse hes click and collect.

Unsolicited covid testing lecture from the pharmacist when buying over counter cold and flu meds. I explained I was not sick and simply stocking the medicine cabinet but she didn't stop berating me.

On another occasion hair dye was missing the actual colour tube and refused a refund stating a 1 week policy which is not noted anywhere.

Had to make some chemist purchases on a visit to Carlisle St. This is an unusually long and skinny store. Everything is available but there is only one point for prescription drop off and pickup so it can get very crowded when busy. I had no issues and staff were helpful and assisted me in finding a few things. It's a Walk Thru style store with access to the carpark at the back of Carlisle St. Parking can be difficult when the area is busy as this Precinct is extremely popular.

Just a regular chemist warehouse. They could have cashiers at the front AND back since the back entrance is where the parking is.

This is the worst store I've been to waited outside till they opened at 8-30am with my perception was the first one in and for some reason was the 5th person to get served terrible!

Was there on saturday during peak timing for a few documents certification.despite being so busy, the female pharmacist I believe called Ping? Was very nice and kind, offered me to take a seat. She then certified my documents shortly and even asked if I need any other help. Such a simple yet lovely gesture! Definitely 100 marks for customer service! THANK YOU
