Calm and organised. I take my whole family there,
and always a pleasure to be seen by doctors there.

Called two days in a row, second day in tears re something that requires an in person examination and fairly pressing. I was made to feel incredibly stupid for calling and blatantly told there’s a 3 week wait and I should “just go to emergency”.
Thanks, that’s a completely feasible option with a 6 month old and I’m the primary carer!

Reception staff need significant training. Thanks for making me feel like absolute rubbish.

Dr Kaur has been my local GP for a while now, always so thorough on every consult. All the staff are really friendly and accommodating even when I can tell they are super busy. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else:)

Have been seeing my regualr GP there for several years, great care and pathology next door. Highly recommend.

Shame I trusted my newborn to this clinic.
The gp I saw was lovely, and professional, but the rest of the medical stuff was almost cruel, indifferent and definitely not companionate and empathetic like they should be. I’m being nice and not mention names, but I wouldn’t go there not even as an adult. Good luck

Went in today as a new patient. Very thorough with medical history, any issues and ordered bloods to basically start again after being basically rushed at other clinics. Very happy so far with service and professionalism of doctor. For a small clinic it’s really great.

Everyone at the reception is responsive and polite. Dr. Lauren was indifferent, didn't ask anything, wasn't interested in anything, didn't even check my son's throat, ears and lungs, although he has complaints about cough and a snotty nose. No participation and attention, a weak professional.

Family has been attending for 9 x years.
Excellent medical practice with very caring practitioners. Bulk billing practice.

There staff are very kind, the doctor solved all our concerns, we didn’t wait to see the doctor.

Absolutely useless.
Came in on Wednesday morning to see if I could see someone for a medical certificate, understandable they were booked out. Respect that bit but I was then offered a telephone appointment the next day at 4: 10pm and told they could back date it, reception confirmed my phone number and email address. Fantastic, my boss was okay with that also. Next day arrived. 4: 10.no call, okay I realise they may be running a bit late.
4: 30.still no call.hmmmm okay tried to contact, rang out.
Okay, may be short staffed like the rest of us or super busy.
4: 40 arrived.still no call, attempted to contact again and I literally could not get through.
Tried to contact again at 5: 15 and I'd called outside they're operating hours.second time I've been to this place, the last time I used this place was for a blood test required by the doctor and I had my blood taken, after not hearing from them for almost a week I called another medical centre for advice and was told there is no record of my blood being taken.
I will never, ever go to this place again. Poor service, poor ability, poor communication. I understand we're all under some super pressure but as a medical service, literally a 30 second phone call would have been sufficient to say "I'm sorry but we can't make it today can we reschedule for tomorrow.if I could give 0 stars I would.
Do NOT recommend, do NOT go here, do NOT ask for advice.
Go elsewhere.

Reception was great. But AGAIN same Doctor Mario stares blankly, asks questions then completely ignores answers. Do you want to discuss your old injury? No. Just the prescription please. So does it hurt across your back? Etc.
I told him its a 30 year old injury of which Ive managed before he was born. Just need my anti inflammatory.
If you ask a patient a Q LISTEN to the answer. He then stares and sarcastically retorts well I can only help you as much as you want me to. EXACTLY my point!
Last visit I had to report him for his disregard for my daughters needs.

Reception is always friendly, both face to face and over the phone. Dr Mario Johnson is the best Dr myself and my partner have both ever had. Personable, efficient, knowledgeable, the list goes on.

My late husband, myself and other family members have been consulting with Chelsea Arcade Medical shortly after they opened. We found the doctors, nurses and staff were all very professional and provide excellent services. On top of all these they are all very friendly. I have no doubt will keep on recommending Chelsea Arcade Medical to everyone I know.

I have finally found a doctors that is easy, efficient and effective every time! Dr. Shaminder Kaur is by far the most incredible female doctor I am yet to work with and truly cares for your wellbeing holistically and with your best interest and goals at heart. Highly recommend.

Dr Johnson and his team of doctors at Chelsea Arcade Medical are extremely professional, patient and thorough in all their investigations and treatment options. The nursing and admin staff are also all courteous and polite and professional too. I highly recommend this clinic!

Receptionists not wearing a mask (loose under the chin). A senior gentleman was coughing without a mask in the waiting room. When I addressed my concerns to the receptionist she said “it’s ok, he’s a patient of ours”? ! THEN she started mocking me to her male colleague as if I couldn’t see them. Hopefully they understand that the RULES ARE for everyone. The Health Department should pay a visit to this practice as they can barely comply with the rules in this small unventilated space. Avoid!

They are overall great. Mostly on time, longest I've waited is like 15 minutes. The first doctor I went to was okay, but didn't feel like I was taken seriously. Then I switched to Dr Kaur and she's amazing! Really felt like she listened to me. Highly recommended her.

All doctors and receptionists there are always nice, lovely and very helpful. They’ve recently hired a new bloods lady though and she is extremely rude and disrespectful. She has the attitude of a teenage and isn’t very gentle when taking bloods. Wouldn’t recommend getting your bloods done by the blonde lady, highly recommend the male one.
