ALINTA ENERGY - Found one of the best energy provider with minimal rates compared to other vendors. Moving to this provider was also really easier with no dramas and very good customer service. Highly recommend this provider.
When I was first contacted by Alinta Energy and asked if I would like to swap from AGL, I was a bit hesitant. But after all my questions were answered over the phone and everything was transparent including all the charges, I decided to do the switch. It has only been a few months but I can already see I am.making some savings on my energy bills. Their customer service has been excellent and they are also one of the main sponsors of the Australian cricket team!
To be honest I kinda thought these guys were a scam but they have saved me a heap of money by getting me the best deals. They also take all the hard work out of it by keeping up to date with the cheapest companies so that you don’t have to. Would really recommend
Overall, I had a valuable experience. Over a few phone calls I was able to reduce the costs of my current electricity and gas bills. In saying that, the aggressive/incessant callbacks during the day weren’t all that welcome. I’d love it if Check Your Bill could incorporate a text message as warning so customers can appropriately answer calls. Either way, I was able to get my bills reduced which is the whole point!

I was resistant at 1st but the change has worked out and I am saving money on my gas bill.the changeover took a long time and the previous gas company wasn't interested in competing.happy camper so far
Unlike some of those annoying phone we all calls we all get. I listened to this one and was treated really well switching suppliers and saving money
Scammers. Make sure you update the details on their file of you with fake details and waste their time.
Scam company that calls you multiple times a day on different numbers. Do not trust this company
These guys need to leave a message if you don't answer. Once I did answer, Mick and Stuart were very patient with me and explained stuff well. They did get me a better deal
Professional and gave all the details I asked for. Only thing annoyed me was got a call from a second person from the same company and was not happy that I have spoke with the first person and done the deal with him.
Extremely knowledgeable & helpful in comparing new rates to old rates on my last power usage bill.
SPAM! Waste of time so just skip it. And if you didn't realize that all the good reviews are made at the same month. I'm here to tell you.

The people I spoke to were helpful, however the call quality was quite poor - it was hard to hear/understand at times and took a long time to set up. Happy to have swapped companies though.
The initial contact lady was amazing. She was a perfect mixture of professional and polite. The rest of the team where equally as professional. Dealing with this company was so easy. I'm greatfull that I decided to answer an unknown number.
