What a shady organisation. They use overseas scam callers to try and get you to sign up. I get 5+ calls a day and there is no way to get removed from their call list.

The sales staff were helpful in getting me the best rate for my energy needs. As with most of these types of sales, the staff can be a little pushy in getting your business. The whole process took longer than expected.

This company has helped in finding a more affordable electricity plan twice. The only downside is that they do call a lot and often I'm hesitant to answer in case it's a scam call.

Check your bill did a comparision of Electricity prices for my home supply and found a provider who was about 5% cheaper. It was relatively fast act though at the beginning the consultant was only looking at numbers individually. Later he realised that he should work it out in the format I provided to find the overall better deal.
After following my formula he found the deal bit better than what he picked up. Availability of reliable prices handy with the consultant of course made the life much easier.

What a positive surprise when I got my first bill after switching. I was bit sceptical at the beginning because they called and I thought it’s another one of this calls you get so often where they try to talk you unit something. Yeah they tried. But it worked out for me. But only because I was so angry at my previous provider that and the high bills so I gave it a shot. Ok the downside is it takes some time on the phone sometimes the communication is bit hard but in the end the result counts. The first bill is already the lowest I’ve ever had in the place I live now even if my use actually went up because my family grew and my wife is at home not working with my boy now. So the usage is higher that’s for sure. I understand some people’s hesitation but it really works. Go for it and try it. It worked for me maybe it works for You as well.

Happy with the service so far. Our last bill was much more affordable than I anticipated as we have been using A/C quite a bit over the warmer months. Service with the staff has also been good thus far

Comparison was quick and easy. Consultant was honest and confirmed that I was already on the best deal and they couldn't offer anything better

I received a lot of calls from them, telling us they can offer better deals for our energy usage. We provided a lot of personal information, but it seems the bill is just as same as before. So it not a good experience up to now.
