Cheap Timber Floor - Melbourne Floors Mart

I got my floors done by Melbourne Floors Mart and ordered the engineered spotted yum and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable and they explained what kind of flooring is best for my house as I had no prior knowledge of timber flooring.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their floors done.

Customer service was so friendly and efficient. Great range of products at really good prices. We were helped by a nice lady (Vivian?) and we are really happy with what we got for our new house! Have recommended to my mum who's currently building.

I own a few businesses and homes around Melbourne and I always go to Melbourne Floors Mart for my timber flooring requirements and speak to the sales manager, James to help me with what I need.

The team at Melbourne Floors Mart was exceptional, starting with the tile selection process through to installation. The install was perfectly on schedule, clean, and exacting. Excellent job! I will definitely trust Melbourne Floors Mart with future projects.

You get what you pay for. Very poor after purchase customer service and no quality finishes! Would not recommend

Wilson and Pek provided a very reasonable price and best service. Very happy with the workmanship. Good communication and satisfied with the quality. Believe it or not, i made full payment after the installation was done! Haha.
Will definitely use their sevices and recommend Melbourne Floors Mart to my family and friend in the future!
Wilson is also very helpful when i called him to ask about my washing machine issue because it cannot fit inside my benchtop laundry. He did not just ignore me but he spent time helping me solving my issue!

Purchased a laminate floor from Melbourne Floors Mart located in Princes Hwy, Springvale We are very pleased with the service provided. The sales person presented a quote with breakdown of work involved along with suggestions on what to do to cut some costs. The sales person was very professional and understood what I was looking for, he was considerate in understanding my situation and fit me into his busy schedule. He & team did an amazing job throughout our home which involved living room, bedroom & dining room sitting area. They paid extreme attention to detail and problem solved any situation as it arose. Melbourne Floors Mart team take pride in the work they do. I had very bad experience with Melbourne Floors Mart.

Bad customer service, and lack of communication between the them
Summary of issues:

New sales person sell me 100m2 of floor boards (toke $945 deposit), and ask me to pickup the timber, installation supposed to be after 10 days.
Based on this I removed all my old carpet, and most of my furniture in storage or outside.

Went to pickup on the weekend, the person responsible for installation contradicted everything the sales person said, he said he must inspect the floor first, and can’t do it for ~10 days or so.
In the meantime we are living in a mess.
On the agreed time (10AM-12PM), he didn’t show up, so I called, they said he is on his way, still didn’t show up… at 3PM, he said he come now, then called after 30 minutes to say he can’t come.

He arranged another day, again I had to take another time off work. He came this time spent 5 minutes and said can’t install the floor boards because my floor is not level. I accepted this, I asked for the deposit… he asked me to send the deposit invoice to another email “trade@, which I did.

No payment for a week, called 10+ times no answer, and no reply to emails, after several more days, I received a called from someone saying your floor ready for pickup!
I had to explain all again, she asked me to send the invoice “again” to a DIFFERENT email address this time GMAIL account and said that they will pay the deposit back.

After a week, no payment, I contacted her, she said the person responsible on payments is overseas, after another week I sent an email threatening them to complain to the Victorian Consumers Affairs department if no payment received in three days, then I finally received the payment.
We lived several weeks of nightmare of mess and hassle all because of this business.
Worst experience ever

I purchased my floors from Melbourne Floors Mart and the service and price were extremely good. I got laminate installed by them and the process was smooth to my surprise. I would recommend anyone who is looking for floors to come here

The team arrives on time on the day. The job was professionally done; clean, neat and tidy. I don't have to worry about anything. Nothing to fault. The finished engineered timber floor looked awesome. Highly recommended.

Worst experience, I wish I listen to my gut and never used them.
Be warned as its not as I was told, and it's costing more than quoted.

Excellent service and quality were great. My floors are freaking awesome and I love my new place even thought it's temporary. I moved in 2 months ago and I told my landlord I would only move in if she installed hardwood floors, The next day these awesome gentlemen came and asked me what color I wanted and they installed it the same day. I liked the fact that Melbourne Floors Mart walked through the whole process and they didn't leave my house dirty or full of sawdust. I highly recommend them one of the best Laminate Flooring springvale.

Melbourne Floors Mart did an excellent job of refinishing the parquet floor in my apartment. They had a very reasonable cost especially compared to other places in the city and great craftsmanship. They explained all the different parts of the refinishing process and advised me carefully about what stains and finishes to go with. I went to others and so far this is the best Laminate Flooring Springvale in my town.
