Be careful! Travelling with Newborn

We had a lovely driver on our way from our accommodation to the airport. However we had a very scary trip from the accommodation back to the airport with a different driver.

The driver turned up late (Sunday morning) and had not yet installed the rear facing car seat I had ordered. He then installed this while we were waiting to get in to the car, he installed in in a rear facing seat, meaning the seat was no longer rear facing and secured the anchor strap to a headrest. Neither of these are safe. I explained what I had paid for and he kept repeating it was fine. At that point we were running late to the airport so I had no choice but to get in the car. Due to safety concerns and the fact that newborns have to be rear facing I was forced to hold my son in my lap for the car trip. This his safety at risk.

The driver didn’t seem to care about any of this and was rude the rest of the trip. Wouldn’t help with bags when we arrived at the airport.

I contacted the company immediately via email and the only response was that the would talk to the driver.

Don’t use this company if you have a baby and need a car seat!

Sunny was prompt and clear to deal with. The car (E Class Merc) was immaculate and the driver Inder was the perfect chauffeur. Hard to describe a flawless service, but these guys were it. I'll be using them again for the next special occasion.

Best experience for a pick up and drop off to and from Brisbane airport. The 2 x cars on this trip was just beautiful. I loved it. The Driver was so nice. Sunny the man who assists with the bookings was so efficient. He responded to my emails promptly and booked my services. They also supplied me a driver for some appointments in the CBD I had to attend and this driver was also very lovely and helpful. They helped with my bags, doors opened. My Mother has ongoing health problems, and had been staying with family in Gippsland. When it was time for her to return home to Mildura, COVID permits were an issue, as well as the family member's inability to stay in Melbourne after the trip due to Stage 4 restrictions.

With short notice, Sunny was promptly able to accommodate our request to drive Mum over 2 hours to Tullamarine airport, took great care of her, and got her into the airport to the Qantas assistance counter to enable her return home.

Wonderful service, would recommend to anyone. I had ordered a service for my parents who had flown in internationally amidst the virus. They explained the sanitation process and had no hesitation in picking them up. They were able to provide me with a quote to pay in advance.
