Absolutely fantastic company! Needed a driver to take me from Warrnambul to Melbourne after being released from the hospital. They took me in a comfortable car with a pillow to cushion my injuries, and a driver who was friendly and courteous. I needed this ride to be easy…and it was. After using different services over the years, I have found a new service. We planned an exclusive holiday some 8 months ago as a significant anniversary and after reading reviews booked with CLM. I came across Chauffeur link when I was searching for transport options back to Melbourne from wodonga after work. I called their contact number and spoke to Sunny. He quoted me a price that was cheaper then what a metered taxi quoted me. So of cos I chose Sunny's services cos who wouldn't want to travel in luxury for a better rate for hours? The conversion went so smoothly and swift and he confirmed my booking and sent me an invoice immediately. He also accommodated to my request of just paying a deposit first 1 day before pick up and completing the payment upon drop off. Just a day before the pick up I received news that my work schedule had changed and I had to cancel the booking. Sunny was very nice about it and did not make a fuss about the cancellation. I then booked him again 2 days later when my scheduled confirmed again and he accommodated to it as well very swiftly. He reached on time and even helped me with my baggages. He even offered to get me coffee during the stopover. The drive was really smooth, comfortable and safe. And the best part was, I accidentally left one of my bags in the car and sunny contacted me about it and came all the way to my place again the next day to pass me my bag without expecting anything in return! I was so touched and grateful to have hired Sunny for my transport service via Chauffeur link and I will definitely recommend his service to everyone! No regrets at all! Book now!

I had to book transport from Albury back to Melbourne, Mr. Sunny was recommended by my good friend, she said the service was great. So when i tried it myself, I surely can say it was superb. I had a very comfortable seat so much space and well maintained van. Price is competitive compared to normal taxis. One more thing is that, i left my water bottle in the car, he contacted me and send it back to me, just imagine Mr. Sunny is not staying in Melbourne, and he did came back just for it, he said since he’s on the way that day to Melby, I really appreciated that, coz i know others will just throw it, but sparing time and effort for that is the best. I will surely book his chauffeur service next time i have travel again. Totally recommended.

Getting a quote and making a booking was very easy, and the team was prompt in replying to any of my queries.

The driver was early and helped me with my luggage. He was polite and took great care in making sure that I had a comfortable ride to the airport and that I arrived on time.
