Fairly meh, salads are a bit bland, chicken was about 0.5 cm thin, tasteless chicken roll and dry. They also use single use plastic cutlery which needs to go, everything else is environmentally friendly though.

Customer service was brilliant!

The store failed to utilise the ticketing system designed to allow social distancing. Unfortunately everyone crowded inside the ordering queue close together and the staff kept calling people forward to order. Also there was no checking of check-ins and several people seem to have skipped it

Sudden change in quality. I'm putting this down to the lockdown has hit them hard but I'm hopeful that the standards will come back once things get moving again.

Recently moved to the area and I'm in the lookout for my next favourite thing! I was really impressed with the service, the prices and the tasty food! Will def be back for more

Great all-round chicken shop. Large variety of options, many salads and many chicken flavours. Chicken is always juicy and flavoursome. Shoestring fries are an essential item here. Good burger choices too. Quick and efficient place with lovely staff.

Been here a couple of times. It's always busy which is a good sign. This is a pleasant eatery, with an open feeling because of the windows. A bit on the pricey side though. I ordered a medium takeaway Greek Salad for $11.90 but it was worth it because I noticed there was plenty of feta cheese and olives in it, thank goodness! There's nothing worse than a Greek Salad that doesn't have enough of these, it just ain't Greek! The staff here are really nice and the salad range is good. I'll come back here for sure. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Ordered the 1/4 chicken and chips. Chicken was succulent on same parts and a little dry in others, but tasted great. Chips were tasty, but also very salty

Tiramisu was good, loved how it was very creamy. But it didn't have much taste.

Good atmosphere, nice and friendly staff. Halal chicken is available. There is cross contamination in the salads, so strict Muslims can/may avoid it. Will be going back.

Good quality chicken shop with healthy options great for kids and grown ups alike. Not bad value for money but not outstanding either.

Delicious chicken cooked just perfectly and with the right level of spice and tanginess - not overcooked at all as can sometimes happen at other Portuguese chicken places.

Didn't try the salads but they looked amazing behind the counter.

The best chicken, chips and salad going around. Owner Phil and manager Bryan are absolute legends too. Our new local which we frequent at least twice a week.

The chicken is generously sized and cooked to perfection. Opt for the Thai Herbs sauce and you are on your way to making a killer bánh mì if that’s your thing! As our household has inherited a Pit Barrel Cooker, we'll be using Charlie's less in warmer months. Come colder weather, we'll be back for sure!

I love this place everytime friends ask let's go out for lunch or dinner I say let's go to Charlie's the food is wicked awesome and very friendly staff l love this place 5 stars is just not enough.
