Charcoal Chicken

The chicken and chips at this place were already great but now they’ve got HSPs and let me tell you they are the best I’ve had in a long time. The difference good chicken makes is amazing.

Just received my order today and very disappointed. Have gone to this place a few times to get my order, it was fine, but today I ordered my food through Menulog and it was delivered to me with food full of salt, can’t eat it. In the last two weeks I’ve had few orders being delivered to me through Menulog in the same order where they have missed something or ruined something. I don’t know whether this is restaurant bullying but kindly fix your service.

Also I don’t just eat salt for food, the last I checked.

Really positive experience! I wanted a burger that wasn’t on the menu and the friendly lady made it for me no problem… chips cheese and gravy was amazing! Very big portion sizes, couldn’t finish… definitely coming back

Best chicken shop around. Friendly staff, they always make sure the gluten free is always in a different bag to the rest of the order. Have been going here for year's. Moved out of the area and came back and they owners still remember us.

Edit: still the best charcoal chicken around they are very lovely and the food is fantastic. What a fantastic restaurant I had problems with menu log running very late and the lady I spoke to from charcoal chicken was incredibly nice and helpful making sure my food was fresh and delivered hot she even left me a note saying sorry made my day highly recommend on another note the chicken Parma pack with gravey is one of the best I've ever had

Waste of money. Really disappointed. Chips were pale and had no salt or crunch? ! Fried chicken was really dry and the 1/4 chicken was dry as well. Burger was ok and the service was good. Won't be returning.

Wow! Fantastic place. Super clean, fantastic chickens, awesome chips and you must try the fresh salads! AAA+

Great service and great food, I always get charcoal chicken from this store once a week via Uber eats. Fresh, hot and tasty chips and gravy every time, thank you!

Great food and the owner is lovely, I had a really nice chat to her while she was making and serving my order. Just like running into an old friend. Same owner for 10 years and she has a great selection of food

The owners are very friendly and we r a regular there as they have react food and love the charcoal chicken. Just had a chicken (fresh chicken meat) souvlaki and it was delicious.

A really nice place good atmosphere great seating for people who want to eat in. I brought dinner for my kids they both had 6 nuggets and chips they loved it alot i also tasted it it was very nice too. I noticed people gave some bad reviews but i cant find anything wrong with the food

Service was very poor.there was a long hair in the potato cake i bought.after quering it lady claimed it comes like that from the distributor.asked if i wanted another one, gut was nauseous could have refunded my money and given me an exchange one.overall service was very poor.wont be going back.

I ordered the chicken fettucine salad and there was no chicken in it at all. I am so disappointed!

We went here because our local was closed.and this would be the first and last time we came here.
I had to repeat my order 4 times. I asked for chips to be crispy they were soggy and unsalted despite the box printed saying hot and crispy.clearly false advertising.

It was a lackluster experience and there are other shops that more effort into there product and service.
We wont be back.
