Fantastic quality meat. We don't eat meat often, so when we do, it has to be worth it, and everything here is top quality. Well worth the trip, especially for harder to find cuts like brisket and St Louis ribs.
Best Butcher in Melbourne! Their range is amazing alot of great things like sausages and Cabana made on site and the best I have ever had. They also carry a large range of Low&slow meat selection like short ribs and briskets.cannot go past these guys IF they don't have it they will get it customer service is awesome Glens is always smiling and great to talk to and a great place to start if your getting into BBQ smoking & low & slow!
